I am very disappointed with Verizon culture. I went in Verizon store 9813 South Blvd, Suite 101, Charlotte, NC 28273 and told them that I had a broken jetpack and they offered me a MiFi. I could buy it or get on a payment plan. I told them I will purchase it out right and do not want to get on a 2 year contract. Fios is not concerned about safety. All these big companies are concerned about is profits. LOWEL WANTS HIS 18 plus millions dollar bonus and nothing else. The problem I have is this huge box hanging of the power lines for the last three days from big thunder storm that came and no one from fios has done anything, I have call 4-5 times in the last three days and still box is by hanging. I sent complaint to County of Rockland. See images attached.
