Horrible customer service. My family and I ordered 1 scoops each and the scoop was barely even half the cup. As well my daughter wanted to try a flavor and they were super rude about it. As well the ice cream was extremely soft, pretty much a liquid. They have definitely ruined my week.

Overall a very disappointing experience at Dunkin/Baskin Robbins. It's been awhile and was really looking forward to a BR cone! My chocolate chip ice cream tasted like nasty freezer stale. My single scoop was not even a scoop; it was a hollowed out 'half swirl' of ice cream just loosely placed on the top of the cone. All I wanted was a sugar cone not a fancy sugar cone with sprinkles for a $1.29 up charge that had a nasty aftertaste. The Dunkin Associate was totally disinterested in her role. Please tell her to smile and it will make her day better too.

I am writing this review for the Baskin Robbins located within the Dunkin Donuts.I recently contacted this location to order an ice-cream cake for my brother's graduation from college.The woman I texted with to place the order was extremely accommodating and responsive.Further, the cake was not only delicious, but it was beautifully decorated, far beyond my expectations. The woman carried the colors I had requested for the wording throughout the entire cake, from the flowers to the icing bordering the cake.I would absolutely recommend this Baskin Robbins!

This is one of the best Dunkin Baskin store in NJ. It looks so different and definitely has a upscale look and service!! We tried their lattes and cold brews - delicious.
