It was hitter miss. The chips were stale, guacamole was pretty good, tables and chairs needed cleaning, my mom asked for no chicken but she put chicken on there anyways, and there were kids SCREAMING in there...

We had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The service was really bad. The atmosphere was also surprisingly unclean, with trash on the floor and dirty tables, but the real letdown was the food. We ordered a Burrito Bowls, but the rice was hard and felt undercooked. It was also overpriced compared to other Chipotle locations we've visited.

This has to be the worst chiptole in the country. I’m annoyed I have to give it any stars and I’m shocked the franchisee hasn’t had the franchise revoked. My kids love Chipotle and I get suckered into going back thinking this time will be different. Never is.

Every time I go, they’re out of something or something is broken. The ice machine is constantly broken, but they won’t say anything until after you pay. Last time it was no forks, no ice, no chip, no cheese and an out of order men’s room. The trash is always overflowing.

I suggest you go and play an exciting guessing game of “what are we out of today…?”

I don't like how some of the Chipotle restaurants are soo stingy with the amount of chicken they give, the workers aren't paying for it so why put such a small amount on the plate it's horrible

Extremely rude employee that was attempting to make me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Then smiling and laughing with the girl behind the counter as she was making my food intentionally trying to again make me uncomfortable.

I asked the cashier if they are trained to act toward employees that way she was clueless.

I guess it’s no secret why that store is empty at 12:30 in the afternoon on a weekday.
