I went this place today which is september 11 2025 5.20 pm.I had small hot coffee light with 2 sugar .When i get this coffee it was cold and then i asked the girl that this coffee is cold.She was super rude and she said this light coffee .I said i didnt get this coffee like this first time ,this coffee is cold she changed it but she didnt even say sorry .I went this place couple time before everytime that i go there they werent treating customer nice.I believe that bernardville dunkin donut owner also own the watchung dunkin donuts.Mostly i go to Watchung because close where i live .The watchung dunkin donuts employees are very nice .I ll contact to manager tomorrow .I ll tell her that whoever comes there employees are rude at bernardville dunkin donut horrible.If i cant reach i ll contact to head quarter of dunkin donuts to complain.They dont have any clue that how to treat the customers.

Second time I ordered a Vanilla Creme donut (in 6 mo's) and was sent a custard, AGAIN. In the store they are perfectly labeled. Are they incompetent or purposefully passing off different donuts?

food came out in literally 30 seconds nice and hot and delicious. cashier gave me free donut bc i asked for her recommendation and she just gave it to me to try for free. what a queen! will be coming back soon
I have never been to a Dunkin' Donuts before and probably will not go again. It was too crowded for the amount of staff they had and I watched as an employee behind the counter pushed a rolling trash cart with bare hands and then turned around to pick up a doughnut with a piece of paper and put it in the bag. Just not clean! I turned around and left my place in line.

I place order 2/13 9:30am at Bernardsville Dunkin’ donuts for my son birthday cake - Provide name of my son - pick up schedule first 2/14 5:30pm i visited the store and cake wasn’t ready justin was so rude and spell my son name wrong didn’t speak english well. my son name Rayaansh he spell Zayaansh. when i ask to correct he gave me attitude, ignore my request. Manager at this store not professional as she promise cake wil be ready.

It's your typical dunkin where the sandwiches & wraps are thrown together with the care and accuracy of a 4 year old. If they actually have bottled milk it's 2.50, but if it's out of stock the customers get screwed & charged 3.99 for a "hot latte". Which makes sense, because you know, it's the customers fault inventory wasn't kept up with. Snacking bacon is NEVER crispy. I'm pretty sure I get better food at the dunkin located in a gas station down the road.
