i’ve been coming here on and off for the past couple years. the staff is always friendly and helpful. i dropped my cheese twist on the floor by accident when picking up and mobile order and the employee was so nice and offered me a new one right away. is was so sweet and saved my afternoon ?

I really like this Dunkin it's always fast service and the employees are usually polite. The donuts are fresh and the ambiance is nice compared to most Dunkin's I've been to. Definitely recommend!

Their mobile order space is too small to handle their volume. My drink fell off the edge of the counter where it was placed. I asked for a replacement and was told I had to get online and pay again! It’s the only place people are willingly to pay for BAD SERVICE, BAD COFFEE, BAD FOOD for convenience. Pay a little extra and go down the street to PRICILLA’S PANTRY for great service, great coffee, great food where they know how to take care of a customer!

Coffee was stale, hash browns were cold burnt soggy and rubbery all at the same time! There were no other customers but they still wouldn't make them fresh and gave them to me from the heating tray, it looked like they had been there all morning! I also got a bagel and the toppings were all burnt. I would recommend not wasting money here and going to bagels-4-u instead!

Criss Catastrophe
The coffee is consistently bitter and this is the only franchise that’s this bad. I go to dunkin often and actively avoid this place now. Do not recommend!The last time I went I returned my coffee and asked for something fresh since it was undrinkable. They replaced it and it was just as gross, so clearly this particular place doesn’t know how to properly brew their coffee. I was also only refunded half of the price of my coffee but was too frustrated to fix it after that whole debacle.
