Ordered a Giant sub and a Regular sub. This is what I get. The so called Giant sub wasn't even cut. What a rip off.

Not all Jersey Mike’s are the same. Nothing like they show in those TV commercials. I was in the area of this location, stopped in, and ordered my typical # 6. Disappointing. The cheese was sliced so thin you could see through the slice, and put the minimum cheese on the sandwich that they could. The roast beef wasn’t much better. I don’t believe corporate should allow this, as it cheapens the brand, and people think this is how Jersey Mike’s subs are. My local shop does a much better sandwich. The owner should be watching to make sure their product meets standard quality. This location fails. Will not be going back.

This particular Jersey Mike's has the best bread I've ever gotten from a JM. The staff was super friendly and kind. Corporate needs to copy and paste this location! The only complaint is that you need to find a way to show the sign better from the road. Was worth hunting this spot out! 6 out of 5 stars!

If I specify a name per sandwich, I expect each sandwich to be labeled with the corresponding name. I don't want to be handing out sandwiches to the wrong person.

Whenever I order a mini sized sub the bread is stale and crusty. I’m guessing they don’t sell through their bread as few minis are ordered but they should throw away stale bread.

You are usually greeted warmly at Jersey Mikes. Not here. Barely a grunt while I waited for the guy to finish online orders. After many other employees walked by, not helping the guy and not taking my order, I left. I don’t think they noticed . Sure didn’t care.

Seems like there is no care in putting their sandwiches together. This was a pick up order so maybe its better if you are watching them make it. I tried calling the store to talk to them but they don't pick up so hard to get a remedy. They were not busy when I went in to get the order so I'm not sure why the execution wasn't good enough.

Ordered food on app and gave a time it was ready. Went to pick it up about 10 min after stated time and still waited another 15min. I ordered 2 subs and seems like they are cutting back on the meat. Barley and meat in sandwich. I love Jersey Mikes but this location in bernardsville is going down hill and giving JM a bad name.

My family and I have eaten at this location many times over the past few years. No complaints, until ... as a volunteer at a local event, we were provided JM sandwiches. I had turkey and provolone. Good, for the first few bites, until I took a bite and pulled a hair out of my mouth! Gross! I called the store as soon as I got home. A female said 'sorry, thanks for letting us know'. I thought this can't be right! I called less than a week later (as soon as I had time during the day) and asked for a manager. Bill (I think that was his name) who answered and said he was the manager, told me, after I repeated to him what had happened, "sorry' but this time was told that 'this happens' (having a hair in a sandwich)!!! Are you kidding me!!?? He said normally they would reimburse me for the sandwich, but since I hadn't paid for it, as the event paid, there was nothing to reimburse me for. OK. What about at the very least giving me another sandwich? I will never, never, never go to this JM again, and you can now be assured that, even though I had kept this unfortunate incident to myself as I didn't want to speak ill to all of JM, I will now tell everyone I meet what happened and how poorly JM's manager chose to handle the situation.
