Best experience,Delicious food, Beautiful ambience !!!The host and owner is a wonderful person. We a group of six went for dinner in December 2023. The service and food was excellent. The food suggestions were very helpful. The mains are of good size perfect for 3 people, the appetizer portion were small, good for one. I would recommend that order different mains and share. The host will guide you well. We enjoyed our family meet, and I definitely recommend this restaurant.

We come here at least once a month, some of the best food anywhere nearby. If you get the curries, get sweet coconut rice on the side to use as the rice base!

The flavor of this food is fantastic. They cater to gluten free allergies, just tell them before you order. Their soups are very tasty. I have always been pleased with their food

When I first arrived to pick up my takeout order, the owner (I assume) was extremely pushy trying to convince me this was the best Thai restaurant around and kept insisting that I’ll be so glad I tried the food, after questioning which other Thai places I had tried in the area. I was beyond disappointed; the fried rice was bland and the kee mao I ordered was as well, although I ordered it “medium” spice. I have tried many Thai restaurants in the area and this one did not do it for me.

Ordered door dash on a work trip today. Checked off that I needed utensils because I have no indoor access/cutlery. I didn't receive utensils and had no way to eat. Called the restaurant and got hung up on. Then door dash calls me and says the restaurant doesn't want to assume responsibility cause there was no special request for utensils..I checked the box that said "please include utensils", just look at the receipt!! Not sure how this is my fault like they claim.

Excellent food-- wonderful, diverse menu -- enjoyed spending 10 minutes looking it over. Attentive service & great hospitality, plus convenient location-- can't ask for anything more! Everything from the appetizers to entrees & desert-- very interesting flavor combinations-- authentic flavor you won't find at other places-- can really tell these folks love cooking & they're great at it-- highly recommended.

Delicious food! The owner is very nice but I wish they had more employees to help when it gets busy. A little slow with their service on days like that. Love the food though. Their pad kee mao is absolutely phenomenal. Recommend!!Now for my standard COVID comments as of August 2022. No one is wearing masks. I don’t think they have been for a while now actually. The interior is nice and the seating is distanced pretty well. Have not dined in yet but would feel comfortable doing so.

I had been going to this place since it opened. Food is good. Portions kept getting smaller and smaller. Sylvia's brother opened Thai Villa in Bernardsville and we started going there. Generous portions and food was better! Unfortunately Jeff closed his restaurant recently and is now partnering with his sister Sylvia in Basking Ridge. Got take out the other day and instead of improving with Jeff being there the portions were SMALLER. Let me explain. Got Hot and sour shrimp soup and there were two shrimp in it. At Jeff's place I got four. The satay was a joke. Four skewers with three very small pieces of chicken. About a tablespoon if that of peanut saice. No cucumber salad. At Jeff's place five skewers with 5-6 good sized pieces of chicken, plenty of peanut sauce and salad. I ordered Pad Ba Mee, egg noodles with lots of veg. What I got was Lo mein noodles with a few pieces of broccoli and some onions. None of the noodle dishes on the menu fit that description. And it barely filled the container. To be fair the food was acceptable tasting. However I can get twice the amount of food for half the price at the Chinese restaurant next door. Will not be going back any time soon. There is a new Thai place opening in Bernardsville soon, will be trying that.

Taste of Thai is a genuinely great restaurant. The owner/chef is a lovely and very hard-working woman who really takes pride in her food. Honestly, it's been hard to try a large number of items on the menu because the basics are so good: Thai Rolls, Pad Thai, Hot & Sour Soup. If you live in the area or are just visiting and need a quick, but delicious meal, this is the spot. It's the best Thai in the area, hands down.

This is one of the best Thai restaurants we have found so far in NJ.The food was fresh. The service was excellent. The prices were reasonable. It is about a 25 minute drive for us, but we'll worth it.I would highly reccomend this restaurant.PS - they are moving about 2 miles away in Sept. (2022). Moving in with a sister restaurant called Taste of Thai. So if you don't see Thai Villa look for Taste of Thai.
