Such great service! Went in here the other day and ordered the oreo nuggets! you could tell they were made with love! Girls at the counter with brown hair were very sweet and manager at the counter was working very hard!

No one at the counter seems happy to be there. Very poor customer service. Miserable people and it doesn’t make you want to come back.

Went there this morning they had no pretzels all were old I get home it was only supposed to be 21 dollars they charged me 44 dollars

Very small space and the food is average at best.

WOW! So a “manager” on 11/10/24 at approximately 4pm tells me as a paying customer to “stop talking.” All because I’m advocating for my place in line. Hmmm. Wondering if the new way at Aunt Annie’s is that it’s okay for a white “boy” manager to speak to a black woman in a distasteful and disrespectful manner. We’ll see what corporate office has to say….

The young dude working there this morning went from handling dirty money/register screen to touching raw pretzel dough and loading it into the oven with bare hands AND back to the register again. I wanted to puke. Zero food safety protocol being followed here. Eat at your own risk.

Ordered delivery through Auntie Anne’s app. Once the items were delivered, one of the items were missing. I ordered two original pretzels, but only received one while the staff tried to fix the issue, it seems as though one single item cannot be refunded which is entirely inconvenient and I have to wait for the transaction to be posted with my credit card company to dispute one single item.

So its a white girl that works up the front whoever she is, was really rude to me. She didn’t greet she didnt even hand me over my food. Whoever she is on the shift today which today is April 3, 2024 at around like 255pm she need to be somewhere else i have bad days to and don’t treat people like that especially at work.

The store says they’re open at 11am. It is now passed 1140am and I’ve been waiting outside in the cold and rain. I tried to go to the door 3 times and the employee inside just ignored me. I have my 3 year old and my 10 year old daughter waiting in the car for me. We ended up having to leave because my 3 year old was freaking out because she has special needs and is not able to be waiting into the car for a long period of time. If you say your open at a certain time then you should be open at the time. The employee at least could have told me what was going on then maybe I would have been more understanding. I have never wrote a complaint before but this had me very upset.

No gloves...5 girls playing on their phone...playing with their hair...touching their phone then directly going to the make pretzels no gloves and no hand washing. Do better.

Get a better staff, the girl with the braid in a pony tail working Tuesday Dec 5 was horrendous. Had a whole attitude for what? She was so judgmental about customers, after they’ve leave she’d talk about them with the girl in a hair clip as if there’s no customers still in the store. She even tried to whisper about me and my friend but we clearly saw and heard them. Pretty sure we got talked about after we left, seems like the only thing they actually know how to do.

I go here sometime maybe 2-1 a month when I want something sweet like cinnamon bites & lemonade. I got glaze sauce with it. They were expired JUNE 2 2023!! I actually ate some and my stomach hurting rn. It so GROSS. Not only did they give me an expired glaze. We opened it for the second time it and it smelled so bad! I went back got a second new one and that one was expired too! I feel so gross now. I hope they don't keep giving expired sauces to people
