So its a white girl that works up the front whoever she is, was really rude to me. She didn’t greet she didnt even hand me over my food. Whoever she is on the shift today which today is April 3, 2024 at around like 255pm she need to be somewhere else i have bad days to and don’t treat people like that especially at work.

The store says they’re open at 11am. It is now passed 1140am and I’ve been waiting outside in the cold and rain. I tried to go to the door 3 times and the employee inside just ignored me. I have my 3 year old and my 10 year old daughter waiting in the car for me. We ended up having to leave because my 3 year old was freaking out because she has special needs and is not able to be waiting into the car for a long period of time. If you say your open at a certain time then you should be open at the time. The employee at least could have told me what was going on then maybe I would have been more understanding. I have never wrote a complaint before but this had me very upset.

I go here sometime maybe 2-1 a month when I want something sweet like cinnamon bites & lemonade. I got glaze sauce with it. They were expired JUNE 2 2023!! I actually ate some and my stomach hurting rn. It so GROSS. Not only did they give me an expired glaze. We opened it for the second time it and it smelled so bad! I went back got a second new one and that one was expired too! I feel so gross now. I hope they don't keep giving expired sauces to people

Quick service - helpful. Great pretzels- warm and fresh. Would go back! 4 stars bc no smile (but still friendly) and a little messy around the self-serve napkin area- but it was busy so they may not have gotten to it just yet

The pretzel is both soft and warm even after sitting outside for about 10 minutes, eating it. One child said,"That pretzel is so good!" Unfortunately for me, I ordered the Cinnabon in the middle sundae and the pretzel was so tough to chew. The ice cream and caramel on top were very nice. The Cinnabon was not something I'd try again if that were my first time having it.

I walked in and asked for a pretzel it was $3.68 one pretzel so I wanted to buy four pretzels it was $12 are they losing their minds is there enough greed in this world
Their pretzels aren't like Philly pretzels which I prefer hands down but once in a while I stop to get their pretzels when I want a pretzel that's a little different but it is pricey as far as I am concerned
