As another ice-cream shops are temporarily closed, we as a family decided to try something new and different this time. Most of flavors we tested were delicious and yummy. Very softy and lofty choconutty and stuff!! Enjoy add ons whenever you visit!

I'd give 0 stars if I could for customer service. First off don't have menu items if you don't want to make them. All I wanted was a qt of hand scooped ice cream to take home to the rest of my family. The lady said no n pointed to the freezer for the pre filled qts. They did not have the flavor I asked for in the pre filled. She said I'll check the back, different lady came back and went to the freezer and offered me something different. I said I want the hand dipped.. mind you the qt containers were right on the shelf and the ice cream I wanted was full. I said why can't I have that? The lady said only sometimes.. umm so only when you feel like scooping the ice cream , then I can have it? Great job maybe you should train your employees better. DO BETTER

They had 4 flavors. Chocolate, cookies and cream, mint chocolate chip, chocolate chip cookie dough. I ordered the mint chocolate chip and it was overpriced and horribly freezer burned.

Don't recommend that location there priority is dunkin donuts and the ice cream appeared old and freezer burn. The cones were stale

Do not go here for anything! The Mgr was rude, heartless n wouldn't honor a free ice cream Birthday coupon for my Son. He touched all over my phone trying to get the bar code scanned without gloves on and wasn't even wearing a face mask then when the coupon wouldn't scan he refused to give me the ice cream cone. I was so upset n wont be returning to this Baskin Robbins ever again.
The Time Is Near
My daughter and I come here two three times a month to get ice cream and donuts the ladies that work here always nice and considerate and very nice to my daughter it's always clean they have a television so its nice my daughter gets to watch WWE wrestling sometimes which is awesome.

Every time I go to get the stranger things ice cream, they are either sold out or only have a pecan flavor! I started calling everyday until they said they had it! When I got there it was the pecan!! If your going to advertise the flavors, at least have them in stock please! When I asked them to call me when they had it, they never called!! This was 3 weeks ago!! Never go here unless you want a sold out menu!

Ice cream is not available for take ho.e unless you buy pre packed quarts. Staff is not helpful at all. Only rated 1 star because it's the lowest rating should be 0 or -1

Absolute disgrace! We went in for the stranger things promotion for their new ice cream dishes. No one knew what was going on or how to make not one of the promotional dishes. To top it off everyone else got waited on before us and they ran out of certain size containers and sugar cones. Once our order was given which was not correct cause no one knew how to make it we had to ask for spoons. Ton of people working but seems they only know how to run the dunkin side. They should be shut down the bathrooms were a disgrace
