Portions are a good size. Staff was friendly. Pickup window system is horrible. You pay at one and wait at another. They managed to screw up 5 orders and we waited about 18 minutes to get 2 icecream cones. Their system for paying and serving is horrible flat out. Everything was good but their system. I would say if it wasn't busy it probably would be decent. We were the 6th couple in line and they got 5 orders wrong.out of maybe 16 people. Lmao.

After years of speaking up this place I will no longer recommended it to anyone. The staff needs better training and to make the correct ice cream ordered. Long line and had both of my Sundaes before I even had a chance to finish paying. This was not a good thing. The ice cream and toppings were incorrect. Spending what I spent I should have went to Friendlys or even purchased everything at a grocery store to make my own Sundaes. Point blank this place sucks and is ran by children. Save your hard earned money and time and go anywhere else. Google any other ice cream place and I promise you will find anything better than this pitiful excuse for an ice cream place.

Not great not bad. Total turn off though when we ordered one thing and the girls behind the order counted waited until we were picking up our order to let us know they were out of the main topping. Wouldn't have cared but would have picked an entirely different item and it wasn't like they just ran out. They clearly hadn't carried it in a while. Then didn't understand why we wanted to change our order.
