I used Innovative Catering Concepts for my wife's 50th birthday celebration on 8/24/24. I started the process with Anthony Stagliano and he was awesome to work with. He helped me find a package that met my budget. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the week of the event, I reached out to Anthony to discuss the menu. He responded quickly as usual and we got on a call. He read of to me items I had no recollection of selecting. The clincher was the desert selection was vanilla bread pudding. My wife is a cookie and brownie girl all her life and since they had that as a food choice, there's no way I don't select it. Anthony changed the desert and he also changed the protein selection, however, it was items that were not my first choice. I went into the event with a ton of anxiety because of the menu review. The day of the event the food and service provided by them were INCREDIBLE!. All my guest raved about the food and once I tasted it (especially the cakes), I was able to concur. I would definitely use them again because they can provide a 5 star experience. If you're reading this review. Use them, you will not regret it, just note your menu choices 8o)

I ordered roast beef and roast pork for my daughter's graduation. The food was excellent and received a lot of compliments on them. Will be back again and again.

I went to a community event recently hosted by this catering company that I had to buy tickets for. My boyfriend and I paid for VIP seating just to be placed behind the stage in front of a pole. After the event, I emailed the organizer, left a voicemail, and called them and was told they would relay the message. No reply even weeks later. I guess they knew they were in the wrong and didn’t know how to handle a conflict. Thank goodness this was a small one time event and not a wedding to or an expensive day. Most professionals have 24-48 business hours to reply to a concern. Give your money to someone else!

Rocco and his entire staff are amazing!! beautiful venue and the food was absolutely delicious.

Innovative Catering's Food Truck for our monthly lunch at CFIWorkspace was phenomenal! Arrived early, food was fresh and delicious, the vegan option of tofu and quinoa was a hit, the staff was able to serve our 50+ guests in 30 minutes and all had a great time! Highly recommend for your next event!

We had our daughter’s wedding at Estate at Monroe and everything from beginning to end was fabulous. Claire is amazing and such a pleasure to work with! The staff and everyone who worked during the reception were awesome. I will definitely have another event here!

I had my daughter's sweet 16 here and everything turned out wonderful. Staff here are professional, great, and efficient. Food was delicious and everyone had a good time. I would throw another event here again.

Please consider Innovative Catering Concepts for your next event! I hosted a shower at The Estates of Monroe over the weekend and was beyond happy with how everything turned out. From the beginning Claire was so helpful during the planning process & the staff went above & beyond to accommodate my guests. Everyone in attendance complimented how wonderful every detail was.

The Estate at Monroe / Innovative Catering Concepts was absolutely wonderful to work with in hosting our event! Claire is phenomenal and works with you every step of the way to make sure your event is perfect and exactly how you want it! The venue is spacious and beautiful. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your guests are taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to host our party!!!

This venue is absolutely beautiful!!! Jason the Director was amazing at helping us pick our package, accommodating our cultural dishes, providing both rooms for the ceremony and reception. He made our small event feel that it was just as important to him as his big events! Jason made sure that we felt safe and secure during this insane time of illness and COVID! He reassured us and provided us with a clean, spacious venue. The FOOD and BAR (bartender was a rockstar). were outstanding! The servers were kind, attentive, and helpful! However, the head server the (captain) was unfortunately disastrous! Kindness is a super power that we should ALL possess!!! I understand that the industry of customer service is tough, however there is a certain decorum you must have when dealing with people. She was NOT helpful at all, she added to my already stressful event during these extraordinary times. Instead of deflating situations she made them WORSE! Being rude and confrontational with guest is NEVER the right answer or approach!! I must say that it was the perfect storm, everything that could go wrong did but she added to an already stressful time and her lack of empathy or attentiveness affected the experience of my guest and I. It’s a real shame but I can’t give this venue five stars because she ruined a perfectly amazing party with her lack of attentiveness and rudeness. SHE DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL! I was constantly looking for her and I don’t remember her ever coming up to me and asking me if there was anything she could do! She complained about my guest and everything that was wrong!! Between her and the MC I had to do the job of three people plus be mom to the guest of honor:(!! With all of that said I do recommend this venue IF and ONLY IF SHE IS NOT THE HEAD SERVER(CAPTAIN). Everyone else on staff is fantastic and very easy to work with!!!
