This has been consistently my favorite place for 8 years. I love the Chicken Tempura and the Blackwood Rolls. I usually get takeout, but dining inside has been a good experience too.

The food was decent/good. However, when I went to pick my food up, the employee ringing me up made me wait, while he took an order over the phone. I thought that a common customer service practice was that you take care of the customers in front of you in person and the phone call can wait. Now of course I feel like if I were a different individual, he definitely wouldn't have made me wait there in person paying for my food. The experience really turned me off.

I was a new customer. Spent $23 and honestly, my Crab puffs, AKA crab Rangoon. Overcooked and barely any filling. House Special Wonton.was missing the wonton. Another side I didn't think was mine was another CRISPY wonton, like the Crab puffs. I broke them open to get to the meat. The shrimp fried rice had NO flavor. I'm no gourmet chef but I can taste fresh from reheated rice and Steamed shrimp. They packed the container halfway with rice and sprinkled the shrimp into the second half. I called to discuss with someone and got the manager, Michael. He pushed back on everything I Tried to say. He kept interrupting and saying no one complains and he's there for 26 years. I guess the priis they are a buffet

I had the chicken pad Thai , it was delicious! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was I needed a little spice and it was mild .. I ordered it mild to medium… but it was delicious! Def gonna go back with my friends over the holidays to try something else .. the gentleman at the front when I picked up was very pleasant.. I love that in the bag of condiments was Chinese tea! That was a bonus !
