Shave your money and order somewhere else... My husband ordered us two salads last night One was a chicken Caesar salad and the other a chef salad. We asked to make sure there were eggs in the salad, they said yes but we only received lettuce and some chopped up meat. What a huge disappointment and a waste of money.

This is the first and last time we will order from Taormina! When I walked in, I was ignored by two gentlemen who were more interested in watching something on their phone. After a few minutes, my order was plopped on the counter as the man mumbled, it was an online order. I ordered two panzarottis which total $20.18 which of $0.95 was a local tax. Blackwood does not charge a local tax! Each panzarotti was $8.99 and no more than 3 inches in length and very little cheese inside! See picture below. Absolute disgrace! Taormina's owners should be ashamed of themselves!

They do not pay attention to details for online orders or when making. I ordered plain wings; got buffalo wings. My pizza had almost no sauce or topping - basically just tasteless crust. The only thing that was correct was the tasteless crust was crispy as requested. Also, requested later scheduled delivery for an hour later from ordering; not ASAP. Was delivered 40 mins before requested which glad it wasn’t late, but both the wings and pizza needed to keep warm until ready to serve dinner - which means never as good as fresh.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted nicely by their server, food came out fast. Pizza and wings was excellent. Definitely coming back with the family !!!!!!!! Great atmosphere, Great Service and Great Food.

This has to be the worst pizza place in NJ !!! To start off the have bugs in their restaurant… workers handing the trash and your food with out washing their hands , and on top of that the Worsttttttt young girl working the front desk !! Who the manger allows to disrespect the customer, allow her to call you out your name and leave her work place while clock in to try and act like she gonna fighting you . If I was y’all I would stay away from this restaurant!!!

I always order a plain cheese slice with a bag of regular lays potato chips and it never Disappoints me. The price is not to bad eitherParking: Parking lot is big so there's never a parking issue even with other stores in the complex like dollar tree and family dollar

So i usually don't take time to write a review but this time it is warranted. So my daughter wanted an upside down pizza for dinner, called their old world pizza which was just a right side up pizza with pepperoni. We also order a CHICAGO style pizza, you would have thought deep dish right, nope just a regular pizza crust with a few splashes of sauce on it. Very poor description and poor advertising just a very deceiving menu. The fry guy did a good job. The fried calamari was chewy. The pizza burgers had barely any sauce on them. The garlic knots weren't fresh and really dry. The phone operator that took my order was very pleasant and offered to look to see if there was any coupons that I could take advantage which was awesome but she typed in the wrong address and the customer service argued that the pizza were made correctly instead of just saying no problem we'll make it right. So for the amount of money we spent there tonight, tbh it was our first time ordering and the last time ever. It was a fumble from the beginning and you never recovered it. I will tell everyone about this place never to order again, unless your ready for disappointment. The only good thing was the fries were well done, the bacon cheeseburger was good and the onion ring and mozzarella sticks were good. Give it up to the fry guy.

Giving one star is a gift. We have been ordering from this establishment for a few years. The pizza the last two weeks has been horrendous. The crust is tough and like cardboard. It has absolutely no taste. It is really bad that I had to order a new real pizza from Antonio’s. We won’t be ordering here wasting our money again!

I ordered 100 dollars worth of food yesterday. I ordered a 12 slice Sicilian pizza. So I thought I was getting 12 sliced. I receive what I thought was an 8 sliced pizza because there were 8 squares so I called them back the girl on the phone said with the Sicilian pizza the slice I received should have been cut again the cook just forgot to cut them. Which made me more confused because I ordered 12 slices if you would have cut the slices we received it would have been 16. I already ordered Alfredo… no taste what so ever my daughter wouldn’t even eat it and she loves Alfredo. When we got the food it was cold we had to warm it up in the microwave. Disappointing.

Food is good but I stopped ordering from there as the girl who answers the phone to take orders needs someone to educate her on customer service. While placing my order she not only charged me more as she passed the phone to someone else because her ride was there. So he fixed it. She also mentioned they raised the prices and charge for every single topping including lettuce. Which they did. They lost a loyal customer. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.
