I got the chicken banh mi and lychee green tea, and it was the best bahn mi and boba I’ve ever had. It’s very fairly priced to begin with, but the lunch special from 12-3 is unbeatable.

We came across this cute place from a friend recommendation. I don’t believed it a franchise chain like most pop up boba tea spot so the service is personable. I’ll gladly support small business owner who are hard working family. We came in for quick drinks but will definitely be back for the Banh mi hoagies. The ice coffee is made perfectly and drinks were good too. Best of all it’s local for us. My kids love boba tea so the more spot opening the merrier. This will give up options in the area. Friendly service and warm welcoming.

I stopped in today and so glad i did!! The spring rolls were so fresh and tasty!! Also my fruit tea was delicious!! Sophia took time to tell me how the drink was made to be sure i ordered it to my desired sweetness level. I loved the drink and the spring rolls. It was also a good value for the quality and service. I will def be back!

Great little place! Tried the tofu and pork hoagies and was really impressed. The bread was perfectly crispy and overall great flavor. I am always a little cautious about tofu being dry but both sandwiches had the perfect juiciness, flavor, and spice. Oh and the Vietnamese coffee was excellent. Loved it!
