Great friendly staff. We started coming here instead of bottinos because they can actually cut your lunch meat correctly. The ham actually comes super thin/ shaved when asked for. Same with the cheese. Unlike other places who just cut you thick lunch meat and move on to the next number.

Came here with gf after a Dr. appointment with a mean craving for a real pastrami sandwich that hasn’t been satisfied in months and boy oh boy this place did not disappoint ended up getting their hot pastrami special, and it was perfect the flavors worked so well together everything tasted fresh and they don’t seem to cut any corners! My girlfriend got the turkey and cheese with mayo, lettuce, oil, and oregano and it came exactly how she asked for it. She had no complaints, but coming from the guy who ate the other half wish there was a bit more turkey. As for the staff when we were there there was an older gentleman and 2 ladies one younger and one a bit older. And let me just say super kind people and they had just the right amount of wittiness and humor you want to see. Definitely had that mom and pop shop feel. Uploaded my pictures in the picture tab.

Originally loved this place to get a hoagie but the last few times my hoagies have been VERY skimpy. Barley any ham on my sandwich and there was a piece of hair on the paper of my hoagie as I opened it. I will not be back here anymore, $12 for a hoagie with barley ANY meat on it is ridiculous.

Half of dozen mfers from Philadelphia came down and had some delish sandwiches in enough time to pump a tank . We had some good times in there and our cutlets were hot and fresh in no time. So good. Wedgwood is delish

There was a HAIR, in my sandwich, the bread is rock hard, & the owner’s customer service & the way he speaks to his customers is trash. Never again will I step foot in there. 0/10 do not recommend

Old school sub shop. When you walk in and just smell goodness.......... Pork roll, egg and cheese on a kaiser was perfect! You take these shops for granted until you move out of the area......keep these good people busy!!!!

This place has become my favorite deli in SJ, if I’m in the area I make it a point to stop by. They have the best buffalo chicken sub I’ve ever had. Bruce is the coolest funniest guy ever. If you live in SJ or are ever near by, do yourself a favor and swing by. They hook it up!
