Pad Eggplant and Ginger Perfect were excellent

I absolutely loved Thai Jasmine and was excited to try it when the name changed, because there were some new menu additions I wanted to try. Unfortunately the 3 items I tried were definitely not what I expected. The pad thai was dry, almost as if it was made hours before I ordered it. They made a mistake with my shoyu ramen, I ordered chasu and got chicken katsu, and the chicken was so dried out. Also, the broth was thin, not the normal creamy richness that comes with a bone broth, it's more like they took normal broth and just heated it up. The last thing I tried was the bulgogi, which was OK, but for $20 I was expecting a bigger portion, I got more rice than meat. I had wanted to try the miso ramen, but after 3 failed dishes I'm going to save my money. Such a shame, I loved having a Thai food place near me, but it looks like I have to find a new one.

We ordered pick up today and our food was ready as soon as we arrived. The woman behind the counter was very nice. Lovely atmosphere. Food was delicious!! Prices def match the portions. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely loved our two orders tonight! Pad see eew pork was a great color and flavor! The star of the night though was by far the salmon green curry. Absolutely delicious! Wow! They also gave us chicken puff on the house! So so flaky, didn’t even need sauce! Wow great job!

If you’re in Bloomingdale, you have to check out White Lotus Thai Kitchen on Main Street. Their Pad Thai is packed with flavor—sweet, savory, and just the right amount of lime and peanuts. The Pad See Ew is comfort in a bowl with soft noodles and a rich, smoky sauce. The space is cozy and beautiful, and the staff make you feel right at home. Definitely my new favorite Thai spot! 🍜❤️

We had a delicious meal here the other day. We shared Tom Kha soup, pork massaman curry, sesame stir fry with tofu, and chicken pad thai. Everything was yummy, with very friendly service.

Food was delicious!
Place was empty but we got to check out all the nice decor. I’m not sure who tended to us but he was sooo nice, answered my questions about the menu, constantly refilled our water, and shared lots of info about Thailand, even showed us videos. And food came fast and the duck I had tasted fresh.

Not a friendly restaurant for sure. You wouldn't feel welcomed as mentioned in some reviews here. The flavor of the food was ok maybe of 3 stars, but texture was bad maybe of 1 star. So, I gave 2 stars. When we were done, they gave us a $47 check, actually a memo with no details, and said no service charge was included, and they couldn't take any credit card. (i think I know why) Well our orders were the total of 38 dollars. But, I didn't say anything about the wrong total of our orders...instead, I just gave them $50 in cash and left. I did it because I felt kind of bad; we were the only customers there even though it was Friday dinner time. Maybe food is sometimes good, but sorry I don't think i can recommend this restaurant to my friends.

I have been here on a few occasions and the food has always been top notch. However last week, I don't know what happened to the food but quality went down. Ordered red curry with chicken and it made my stomach turn. First the color was off and it was too much oil floating at the top. The color looked like a dark tan. Within a couple of bites, my stomach started to feel funny, felt a bit nauseous and thought I might vomit. I didn't finish it, thinking maybe the couple of vodka drinks I had earlier was making me feel that way. The next day I had the leftovers and the same feeling came back so not the vodka drinks, it was just the food. Not to sure I would order from here again, which is a shame because in my previous experience the food was so damn delicious. The service is good and staff is friendly and welcoming. The dining needs some TLC and better decor.
