Eddie and his team are rock stars! If you are looking for a spot that is consistent every time, Casola's is the place to go. Real authentic food. Delicious everytime.
The food and service are always consistent! We called Eddie in a last minute panic to ask him to come up with a variety that would feed 10 people. Not only did he not complain about it, he gave us the best assortment of stuff and our guests were delighted.
Thank you Eddie for always being you and coming through whenever we need.

We went to celebrate Mother’s Day on Saturday (May 10th). We waited 25 minutes to just get water, almost an hour and a half to get appetizers, and almost 2 hours to get our meals. We had reservations at 6:15pm and did not end up leaving until 8:45pm. We wanted to bring the terrible wait to the attention of the people in charge, so we approached the counter to ask if we could speak with the owner. The man making pizza said “I am the owner’s brother” and then did not acknowledge us any further, and the young girl behind the counter was rude and dismissive, saying we had “only been waiting an hour and a half and should have known it would be a long wait due the number of people dining and there are only 2 cooks in the back”.
It is a shame because the food is very good and our waitress was very kind and apologetic. I have only ever written a couple of reviews, and felt so strongly about the rudeness of the young lady behind the counter that it prompted me to write this review.

Im an over the road truck driver from Newyork City. The food the people that serve you here is amazing. If you want the best food come to Casolas. Everything is italian here and homemade. Pizza is Perfect delicious and the best tasting. Their cavatelli and broccoli is delicious. Everything I ordered here is above 5 Stars 🌟 This is a 10 Star 🌟 restaurant my 2nd time here today. I visited here 2 days ago. I don't care if your from the area or out of town like I am passing through this place is amazing. Atmosphere food very clean place 👌 Love it. They provide dine in and takeout service. If your a truck driver use door dash. Or if the weather is good walk .08 miles less then a mile to get here from TA truck stop. Thank you everyone enjoy 😉

Casola's catered my grandmother's birthday party. Eddie and the team excelled at every step of the way: from working together on the menu, to calling the day of to ensure we had everything we needed, to delivering and setting up all the food efficiently at my home. The food was delicious and amazing - we got compliments all evening from out of towners about how amazing the food was (particularly the shrimp scampi and cavatelli and broccoli). We went with Casola's for the food, but we'll absolutely come back because of the quality of service and people who run the place (and the food).
Came over from Easton. Everything excellent. Owner super nice and helpful. Workers all super nice. Food and service excellent.

"Casola's lived up to the hype! We visited after hearing rave reviews about their pizza and other dishes.
The pizza was truly exceptional. The thin crust was perfectly crispy and peeled off the dough effortlessly, just like a classic New York slice. The balance of a flavorful cheese and sauce was spot on, bringing back fond memories of pizza from the city.
We also tried the chicken parm and chicken franchaise. The chicken parm was solid, made with high-quality chicken. However, the chicken franchaise was the real star. It was bursting with flavor and the lemon was perfectly balanced.
Casola's is a hidden gem in Bloomsbury. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit."

Great family owned Italian restaurant and pizza. If you don't see it on the menu , be polite and ask they'll probably make it for you.
