I have been there to eat with my family a few times and the food was delicious. But I went with my husband during the past weekend and I asked for sancocho soup . When the waiter brought me the pot with soup and took the cover of it smelled like pure BLEACH. I tasted it and it was disgusting I call the waiter and informed him that the soup smelled like BLEACH and he agreed with me. I did not get an apology y management or anyone. The waiter did send another host to ask me if we wanted to order anything else. They start well when they opened but they are slacking big time. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My advice don’t go there to eat.

First time here and was excited and disappointed. Ambiance and service was real nice. Food was not as great as expected. The pernil asado needed flavor. My husband ordered the carne guisado he loved it but would've appreciated more white rice. The empanadas was also really good. Flan was great.

This was my first time at this restaurant I was so excited cuz I finally found a Puerto Rican restaurant and I was so disappointed. I ordered alcapurrias, sorullos y queso and some pastelitos. The sorullos had no cheese and wasn't fully cooked. The alcapurrias were very skinny. My friend also ordered food and was told she was charged differently from what was on the menu because the menu was for the dinner time which made no sense. The menu said $15 for grilled chicken rice and beans but she was charged 19 the rice didn't taste right and the chicken was very bland. All over terrible experience.

I ordered the lunch arroz con gandules with pernil, arroz con gandules carne guisado, crab alcapurrias, meat alcapurrias and bacalaitos. First the alcapurrias and bacalaitos had no flavor. They were flat as pancakes and full of oil. The pernil was watery with no cuerito. Just bland. The only good thing I ate was the Maduros. Definitely not worth $71. Such a shame because the restaurant was beautiful.

OMG!!!! I was born in PR and I am one of the most pickiest and critical people when it comes to my PRican food , and let me tell you, BRisto Taino nailed it!! The chicharrón was pure perfection ! The pernil was succulent and the manposteao was to die for… OMGOSH!! Oh wait … the bacalaitos were just like my mom’s!! I am so happy right now
My girlfriend and her daughter enjoyed this restaurant immensely they will be back again
