Our first time here. My wife is Puerto Rican so the Latin food radar was on extra high. We started with their home made coquito and oiña colado which was incredible. The mofongo and the pastele did not disappoint either. Quaint atmosphere, friendly staff, including Christina our waitress who was very attentive. We were so happy to find authentic Latin cuisine from la isla del encanto. We’ll definitely be back again soon. Highly recommended.

Fresh off a trip to puerto the same week, I must say the food here is legit, from the Pina coladas all the way to the mofongo. Cristina was great. And if you don’t want to wait for the holidays for your pasteles, you’ll be happy to know these are available all year and as good as the ones I grew up on.

Love love this place!! Reminds me of old San Juan, the owners, the crew are all so humble and nice! The food is amazing! The Pollo Jibaro is my favorite! Chillo Frito is my husbands favorite. Definitely a must visit in Bogota, New Jersey!
