Nice & clean establishment. Long wait with short line. My Cortado was cold. I'd come back for the co-working space, but bring my own coffee.

Owner or the person at the cash register gipped me of a dollar. He even counted it himself, but I didn’t want to say anything not to cause an argument over a dollar but he knew exactly what he was doing. Can’t be trusted

An associate that was working the cashier register this morning customer service at Bogota Press was very rude and disrespectful
Her name is Emily
Now I come there a lot not everyday but a lot
I live right in the Atwater.

I asked Emily for what I seen on the menu
But without the bread.
So , after asking her, I told her I don’t want bread so I also asked would this be the same price? She said yes,
So then I went on and asked her well. Can I get egg avocado with sauté onions
I figure if I’m not getting the bread, why would I pay for bread? This is what I’m thinking in my head.
Plus, I figure if you are associate, you should suggest well if you don’t want to pay that, would you like to order it separate you know give me some options. Don’t give me an attitude. so after asking her can I get egg avocado with onions
I also asked, but why would I be charged the same if I’m not getting the toast bread
She comes back with a nasty sassy attitude. Well, I don’t know that’s the way my manager does it with I’m bothering face expression and hand gestures.
So I said, excuse me, young lady did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning and you know what she came back and said to me, she said did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed.
She has a nasty disposition and a nasty attitude, and she needs to be trained better in order to be working at the front end servicing customers.
By the way she walked off and say she wasn’t taking my order and called I guess her manager and was saying I was a nasty customer which was lies.
So the Cooking cam over asking what’s going on and I told him what happened and ask to take my order told him I no longer want to order asked him what’s the manager name
And what was her name.
He told me and also said do I be rude to you I said of course NOT
I mean really never seen him outside of the kitchen
I said Thanks for coming over to see what was the issue and a nice day.
The cooking seen like a nice man.

First time going. Family enjoyed food. Coffee order was too hot and burned my tongue to the point I couldn't eat my food. Also found plastic in my sandwich. The team was very apologetic. Remade the coffee as an iced options. Also replaced the sandwich and gave and extra sandwich for the trouble.

What a vibe I went with my mom because we were starving and in the area. The owner was super sweet she recommended her best sellers and the dulce de leche latte.
Me and my mom split our sandwiches she got the Margherita sandwich which came with chicken and a balsamic type sauce and I got the avocado chicken which came with a spicy mayo side

I went here due to all the good reviews. We ordered one of the stuffed waffles, it took forever to come out and it was raw. Bought a churro to try and that also wasnt cooked inside. We got a side of fries and they looked cooked but when you bit into it, it didnt taste cooked. We asked them to put the fries back in and they did and theu came out the same way. Not sure how they cook them because they were not crispy at all. The lox and grilled sandwiches were both good but nothing amazing. The spot is cute and the cappuccino was good but overall I wouldn't go back.

I tried this place for the first time with coworkers and we loved it! It was super good food and the service was amazing. the staff was super friendly and made our lunch enjoyable. thank you :)

It has nice seating outside and inside. You don't feel cramped. The wifi is good, sometimes my daughter goes there with her friends for study group. The food is fresh, the service is efficient and the staff is personable. It's my new go to spot on the weekends.
