I don’t personally eat gluten-free, so when my son’s girlfriend (who is gluten-free) needed a birthday cake, I wanted to be sure I chose a bakery that truly knew what they were doing. I’m so glad I found this place.
The owners were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help — which immediately put me at ease. They answered my questions and made the whole process feel easy and welcoming.
I picked a vanilla birthday cake (also had carrot cake and chocolate cake), and even though I don’t usually eat gluten-free baked goods, it looked beautiful and smelled amazing. My husband, myself and my son loved it. Most importantly, my son’s girlfriend — who eats gluten-free baked goods often and knows the difference — absolutely loved it and had very positive things to say about the taste and texture. That alone says a lot.
If you’re gluten-free and want a bakery you can trust for special occasions (or everyday treats), this is definitely a place worth visiting. Friendly owners, quality products, and a great experience overall. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for any future gluten-free needs.

Very nice place and all but I walked in and waited my turn in line to be called, only to be skipped and for then to take another customer that walked in instead of me that was nicely patiently waiting for them to finish with other customers for 15 minutes.... thank you guys for a waste of time

This cake literally saved my birthday. I have loved cake since I was young but got recently diagnosed with celiac. For my 25th birthday I really wanted something special. She was able to put wording on my cake and it tasted so gooood holy moly! This is one if not the best cake I’ve ever had in my life. I will absolutely be back. 10000/10

I heard about this place via Instagram because they are gluten-free. And now they have a life long customer. Not only do they have gluten-free options, they also have SUGAR free treats. I was in hog heaven. I wanted to try everything, but settled on the coffee cake, biscuits, banana pudding (which Mrs. Bradley allowed me to sample), the keto Irish cream cheesecake, and the carrotcake. Both Mr. and Mrs. Bradley was there, and Mr. Bradley and I come from the same area of Harlem New York although we're a generation a part. And Mrs. Bradley was so accommodating and explained all the desert options to me. I will definitely be stopping by again..... FOREVER!!!

I started snacking before I even left the parking lot and had to talk myself out of going back inside to get another bag full of goodies. Ms. Eleanor and her husband were LOVELY. Unlike cupcakes from other popular city bakeries like Buttercup, Sprinkles, and Molly’s, where I usually end up scraping off most of the overly sweet icing, I happily devour every bit of Bradley’s frosting. It perfectly complements the cake. The same attention to quality and flavor is evident in their cookies. I’ve sampled quite a few, from classic chocolate chip and double chocolate chip to more creative combinations like chocolate with sea salt and marshmallow, and even limited-edition flavors like orange cranberry. I’d choose these over Levain any day! It’s amazing that they’re gluten, dairy, and sugar-free—you’d never guess. Eleanor, the owner, clearly has a real talent and a genuine passion for her products. She truly cares about creating delicious treats for people to enjoy, and it shines through in every bite. I only have one photo of a cookie because my kids usually gobble them up before I can snap a picture! I highly recommend Bradley’s, whether you’re dropping in for a treat or ordering cakes and cookies for a special occasion.
