I would NOT recommend ordering the mango smoothie. Not only was it not good but I watched the employee use a dirty blender that was left on the counter, prepare my drink, and then place it back on the counter without any washing or rinsing before the next use. This is unacceptable and unsanitary. Who knows how long that blender was sitting on the counter and being used without being washed. The worst part is that the smoothie.
But it's ok we met the owner such a nice old lady .
Those restrooms are atrocious!. You people NEED to hang your Head in shame with such a gross disaster.

I must say I don't write much reviews on bars and the such but this one here my goodness I just had to because of the exceptional service and good natured and hospitable nature of the Bartender there by the name of Brian. He made such an impression to his golden smile, his positive down-to-earth demeanor, his outstanding communication made you feel like he was not only your server/bartender but also your best friend, your therapist, and a loving Father/ and or brother relative however. Brian puts the cozy in the Cozy Tavern with his exceptional sevice and warm gentle personality that would make any atmosphere feel cozy and make anyone feel at home. All to cheers to Brian ?

Definitely a cozy spot; no pun intended. Its a Nice, quiet, safe space bar to play pool, watch TV and be In your thoughts. Drinks reasonably priced. The staff is Friendly, So is the dog. Plenty of street parking around.

With family out of town, I went here on Thanksgiving. I happen to love dive bars, but this place instantly became one of my very favorites. Absolutely love the decor and vibe, classic dive bar. Such friendly service, the bartender Brian was a fantastic conversationalist. Prices were gentle, just an all-around pleasure going here. If you like dive bars, do not miss this one. And if you happen to live close, this should be your regular spot. Please go and enjoy, I highly, highly recommend it!
