Staff are friendly, food is good but service is generally slow. I don't think they start preparing the food until you are actually at the window. I ordered on the app for drive thru and still waited 13 minutes for my meal. Not a big order - a JBC meal, frosty and fries. I guess the good news is that you know the food is hot and fresh!

Finally an actual good Wendy’s in the area..do yourself a favor if you’re closer to the god awful one on route 46, drive an extra 5 mins and come to this one instead..they actually prepare the food properly! Cannot count how many times I got uncooked bacon from the one on 46
P.s. I ordered from them on DoorDash and they gave me a free cookie!

Service not too good I asked for Ketchup at the window, the guy gave me two little packages for two orders. I asked him more even the other two I have coffee with milk and sugar on the side. They just give me black coffee, no milk, no sugar two stars review.
Worst drive thru experience, waited five plus minutes before anyone spoke, and even then it was hard to understand her, got to the window and she was busying talking to another customer, when payed by credit card only one meal was listed, which I told her I ordered two meals, she seemed not to understand. So after getting the meal at the next window, I had to park and go inside to order the second meal. Doesn’t seem anyone cared when I tried to explain what happened.

Overall garbage experience and I always loved Wendy’s. 1 sauce for 20 nuggets. Wanted to charge for extra and didn’t even have sweet and sour. Lady was super rude about it. Didn’t even make it out the parking lot, food was cold. Bogota Wendy’s is trashhhh! Never again!

I'm pretty convinced that all know what Wendy's is. I like Wendy's the most due to the options to exchange out fries for baked potatoes, chili, loaded fries, etc. This is a brand new establishment, so the dining room, restrooms and facilities are clean. It's also extremely close to home, so for a quick cheap meal, I can't go wrong. With their healthy options of chicken sandwichs, salads, and baked potatoes, I can order and not feel too guilty about eating unhealthy. The staff has been cordial with no complaints from me.
