My first and last experience with Arby’s restaurant. The lady Asia that took my order was very rude, disrespectful, belligerent and very unprofessional. I have never experience such service before. I place a five piece tenders large combo with no ice in my drink and she decided not to do what i want and still gave me an attitude when i was advising her on the order. Instead of making another drink for me she got so upset and hissed at me and tried to gave it to me by using her hands to remove ice. She did not give me my card or receipt. I had to contact the near by restaurant to reach them because they did not pick up their phones. Very very nasty and ridiculous. I am never returning back here!!!!

Is this location closed? Stopped for some food at 4:15 Sunday afternoon and the lights are on, employees behind the counter and the doors are LOCKED! Really disappointed in Arbys!

Both roastbeef sandwiches were very tiny with only a little meat,not like the commercials they show on tv,plus i waited at the drive threw for 8 minutes...thats a long time..never coming back
