Went to drive thru at 7:25pm, sat for a few minutes, no response. Pulled into parking lot and went inside to try and get food. Was told the store was closed despite hours clearly showing they should be open until 10pmIf you close early or have modified hours at least show them online. What a waste of time.

First of all, they took forever to answer the speaker. Stopped by yesterday to grab lunch and they were out of roast beef!!!! How can a roast beef fast food be out of roast beef???? We couldn't believe it. Won't go back there again.

Run away!!! Sitting in drive-through for over 15 minutes now and I’m still sitting here. Long enough to bring up Arby’s on my phone and sit here and make a review. Update make that 20 minutes now. Only reason I have not left yet is the car in front of me still hasn’t left yet. Not a single customer has been served is the place even open?

Update, I returned to this location on 03/10/24 around 1PM and ordered two classic beef and cheddars, and 6 piece mozzarella sticks using the drive thru. The female taking the order told me the total was $29 and change. I said it's $30.00 for 2 sandwiches and Mozzerella sticks? and she stated that it was. I request the order be canceled. They are either poorly trained, overcharging people approx. 100% of the actual cost, or the employees are attempting to scam the customers.Previous visit:Service was slow, but food was good.

The absolute worst arby's I ever been to. I've been sitting here for half an hour because the girl said she on break. Every time I come there's an issue. As a trucker I don't have many choices at the truck stop.

The lunch I ordered was great and the service was good. When I went back for supper the 2 girls who were supposed to be working the counter/register were in the office playing on their phones. The cook had to see what I wanted, as I had stood there for about 10 minutes waiting to order.

Disgusting. I went to the drive thru. Nobody came on the intercom after a few minutes, so I drove to the window. Someone showed up there. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches and 2 roast beef sandwiches for my family. I was told they did have roast beef. I ordered 4 fish. Said we had to wait 5 minutes for fish. Wanted a small drink. I was told they only have large drinks. $3.29, never mind. Went inside to wait for fish. He mistakenly gave us 2 sandwiches, so we had to ask for 2 more. When we got the food we went to eat in car. It was ice cold. Buns were colder than air temperature despite having been "browned". The fish was COLD and HARD. I couldn't tell if it was fish or chicken. The lettuce was SLIMY and spread all over the paper wrapper, not mostly on the bun, so it was on the top and bottom of the sandwiches when we picked them up. It got all over our hands.The entire experience was utterly disgusting. We took the food home to try to microwave it, but it offered little improvement, as the sandwiches were ruined beyond repair.I will never return to the Arby's in Bordentown, NJ again.
