Classic Dunkin. Convenient location on 130 South and Farnsworth Ave. Veteran move: order ahead in the app for in-store pick up on the weekends, as the drive thru line is almost always 3+ cars deep.

I had to change my order after I received it due to it being made incorrectly. They fixed the problem with a slight hesitation. I did meet a friend and sit and talk at the over stuffed chairs area. The table should have been wiped and it wasn't, so I cleaned it before sitting and chatting with a friend. If it wasn't raining I would have visited with my friend in the parking lot.

Utterly incompetent location. Unable to keep drive thru moving, staff feels comfortable joking around. If you work in Bordentown, you will eventually be made late when you eyeball the line from 130 and incorrectly assume it will move at all. Nuke the location and start again.

Ordered on the app paid extra for cold foam pull up she says nothing handed me a drink with no cold foam , I say hey I paid for cold foam or maybe I added it incorrectly she looks and says yeah we don’t have any right now . And didn’t offer me a refund ? So I pay you for something you don’t have ? And you don’t refund me

I have been to this Dunkin a few times already, and they managed to make my coffee wrong most of the times, today I got a hot caramel latte and they forgot to put caramel in it and the coffee tastes like they burnt it.

I absolutely loved this Dunkin until today ! This lady Tina brought her autistic daughter to work. That’s cool! However I don’t appreciate your daughter making fun of me and laughing at me and once I confront her she starts crying to mommy, first why is your child at work ?! You don’t do that. Than she came out to say I was taking pictures of her when I wasn’t I was on FaceTime with my friend showing her and it doesn’t even matter if I took pictures of her or not because it’s not illegal to take pictures of anyone !! She needs to be fired. This is not the first bad interaction I’ve had with Tina. She has gave me numerous attitudes before this because she can’t focus in the drive thru and got mad at me when I got frustrated when I had to repeat myself 10 times to her and I’m not joking.
