I have been to this Dunkin a few times already, and they managed to make my coffee wrong most of the times, today I got a hot caramel latte and they forgot to put caramel in it and the coffee tastes like they burnt it.

I absolutely loved this Dunkin until today ! This lady Tina brought her autistic daughter to work. That’s cool! However I don’t appreciate your daughter making fun of me and laughing at me and once I confront her she starts crying to mommy, first why is your child at work ?! You don’t do that. Than she came out to say I was taking pictures of her when I wasn’t I was on FaceTime with my friend showing her and it doesn’t even matter if I took pictures of her or not because it’s not illegal to take pictures of anyone !! She needs to be fired. This is not the first bad interaction I’ve had with Tina. She has gave me numerous attitudes before this because she can’t focus in the drive thru and got mad at me when I got frustrated when I had to repeat myself 10 times to her and I’m not joking.

I ordered a boston creme donut and a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles. The photo attached is what I got and when I called them to inquire the lady on the phone said that “Its always like this when the humidity is high and all their regular customers know about it”. Well fortunately I am not a regular but would expect they give customers a warning before the order is placed. No one wants their kid to be upset on a petty issue like this.

They gave me a sausage egg and cheese without the sausage on it. It’s literally missing the main ingredient. Occasionally I go here out of necessity when I’m starving before work, but the food is not good by any means. They can’t even make a simple sandwich with 3 ingredients correctly. Next time I’ll go to wawa across the street.
This is their idea of an iced latte with cold foam and hash browns. I feel like I’m eating garbage with sugar sprinkled on top

I went to the drive thru and picked up a toasted bagel with cream cheese for my wife. This is what we got. This isn’t toasted, it’s incinerated. Obviously the employee saw this while putting cream cheese on it and gave it to me anyway, knowing I wouldn’t see it until I got home. Never coming back here again.
