Looked through all the 1 star reviews. DONT LISTEN TO THEM!!! It seems like people in the area order the more “exotic” dishes and then don’t have the palette to appreciate them. Not Hoops’ fault you don’t have taste! Service is always amazing and I truly appreciate the unique caliber this place adds to our community

We love Hoop House, the food and the staff! The one draw back is their hours are NEVER accurate. The percentage of times we have arrived for them to only be closed (while the hours say otherwise) outweighs the times we have arrived and them be open. Again we love Hoop House and support them, but as a loyal customer it is quite frustrating when the hours are never reliable at all.

Never open. Phones dead. Don't bother
Waited a long time for order. Others were served before us that had came in after us. When food came it was over cooked. Sour dough bread was so hard couldn't bite into it. Very disappointed. Been there before and it was really good.

Won’t return. My food was burnt ( can’t believe it was served or sold that way) & way over priced. The place was not updated or cleaned properly as well.
