The ALT sandwich is horrible. The bread they use is not made for that sandwich. 80% bread and 20% avocados and tomato and they put spinach instead of lettuce. Any sandwiches i would skip and order at Crumb down the street. Also gave like 8 french fries that were super soggy. Wasted my lunch

Excellent food. Best brunch place in the area. Great customer service! I ordered chicken and waffles and s'mores (I went there twice). Both dishes were so delicious that I finished everything. Food is like homemade right from the kitchen. Unique ingredients and ambience.

The menu is very innovative. The sour dough pretzels was extremely good! The service was excellent. Also the decor is very homey.

I HAVE DIED AND GONE TO HEAVEN IN BORDENTOWN. Chef Christine's HoopHouse is as delicious as it is eclectic. Where else can you have a seat in a cute cozy cafe to sip on a French roast coffee, nibble on a scone, devour the best Chicken and Waffle you've ever had, and taste the unique flavors of a Japanese Breakfast (check the description in my Menu pic). And that's just what we ordered for breakfast this time! We've also ordered catering for the holidays from Christine a bunch of times through the years and never disappoints. Our food today was made fresh to order from scratch and served fast, with smiles all around. Nestled in the heart of Bordentown City, you can enjoy some amazing eats, a unique collection of locally sourced packaged goods and Chef's homemade breads and bakery items to go, acting as both a cafe and shop for to-go items. Christine and the team puts their heart in this place and it shows.

This place is awesome. I advise going when it's less busy or when there isn't an event in town. Everything is made to order and it can take some time to come out.I really want to give it 5 stars but we had some undercooked potatoes that led to some indigestion. Outside of that, flavors, food, drinks are all delicious and on point. And the shop is so so so cute

A wonderful hometown eatery. Went for breakfast and was immediately pleased with the menu. A perfect variety of breakfast meals to please anyone. I ordered an orange juice and the Avocado toast with fried egg. My meal was prepared fresh and tasted absolutely delicious. I highly recommend HoopHouse for a fantastic breakfast. Can't wait to go back and try the lunch menu items.

Nestled in the heart of Bordentown City, HoopHouse is a hidden gem that showcases some of the most delectable breakfast and lunch options as well as some of the most scrumptious flavor profiles that I have ever experienced. Chef Christine artfully crafts dishes that range from chicken and waffles to homemade sausage and gravy to an array of Eggs Benedict that will have you telling all of your friends that this is the next place they have to try. Not to mention all of the baked goods which are made from scratch to create the freshest scones and sourdough bread that you will taste in the area. The staff is friendly and welcoming from the second you walk in the door and the ambiance is perfectly fitting for the carefully sculpted menu and rustic vibes of Bordentown City. If you are looking for a new breakfast/brunch/lunch spot to try, look no further than HoopHouse.

I can't believe this great place was right under my nose for 3 years before I discovered it. Me and my son have been here multiple times for both breakfast and lunch. The quality and taste of the food is 5 stars. The servers are always pleasant and very attentive. I see some people think the prices are too high but I don't believe that. I have seen high prices at many restaurants these days and the Hoop House prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food they serve. I would give them a try and you can judge for yourself.
