4:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday, and there's no fresh hot food & nobody working behind the food counter?? The only choices are prepackaged overpriced items leftover from earlier that have been under a heat lamp for God knows how long?? Are you serious?? Gross & disappointing!

The food is always really good and fresh. The service however is terrible. The people who work here are very rude and just seem irritated that they have a job. There was a line of 4 people at the hot food counter and we were all continually ignored while the employees argued back and forth behind the counter. I just want some breakfast guys, not a week's worth of drama.
