Been coming here regularly for several months. Was excited to get a Tuscan salad and a French onion soup. When I looked at the menu the salad was gone and the soup went from 9 to 12 dollars!!! Everything else on the menu went up at least 3 dollars as well. Sadly we won’t be back and was seriously considering this place for a wedding reception. O and no more complimentary bread, it’s now 3 dollars to have bread at the table. Unbelievable.

I rarely give negative reviews, but hopefully management notices this. Jimmy's was fantastic, with an awesome menu. Then I visited today, and the menu was different. The food was way more expensive. Entrees didn't come with a soup or salad. They didn't bring out bread like they usually do. There was no kids menu. It turns out Jimmy's was purchased by some restaurant chain called B2. I decided to give them a try, and my group ordered four entrees. For what we paid, the food was mediocre to disappointing. They just lost four customers. Never coming back. Unless they figure out how to fix the menu and food quality, this restaurant won't be in business for long.

Got mixed fajitas and Ceaser salad. Salad was great. Fajitas were bland and vegetables were over cooked.

Service was great and the atmosphere was good.

They are converting over to B2 and keep changing the menu. I was here two weeks ago and ordered the crab stuffed shrimp which is always amazing since I’m a basic eater. I went yesterday and they added peppers and onions to the crab cakes which took the dish from a five star to a 1 star. Highly disappointed especially with the upcharge on a basic ceaser salad. Definitely my last time coming

This is not Jimmy's anymore it's under new management. I went to get chicken tenders and French fries which used to be real chicken breasts cut into strips. I was given the frozen chicken strips, made with rib meat!!!!!! I was livid as I didn't look at my food before I left (did take out). Jimmy's used to be one of my favorite sports bar to go eat at for good food nicely priced.

I went yesterday with my family for lunch, unfortunately what we experienced was terrible! Our server was dismissing and rude. The moment we got there she disappeared! Never greeted us properly, we discovered her name was Megan B. She took our drink order and it took 20 mins just to receive that

After a while of waiting for her to come back to order our starters and ask questions about the menu, she had absolutely no clue about anything and ran back and forth with each question. We didn't even receive the drink menu, or kids order.

During ordering the food she completely stopped to turn around and grab things from the table behind us, and did not confirm to make sure she got things corrected. After she lefts we noticed how high cheery and attentive she was with other people.

As our food was being place she asked " if everything was okay " we didn't even have a moment to look let alone taste it??? We requested drink refills multiple times and she took 10-15 mins each time and when we asked about it she responds " oh yeah sorry"

We finish our food, she doesn't offer the dessert menu but just says " would you like the check" we get it and we waited another 15 mins for her to come around and just walk pass and look pass the table as we had to go get a manager.

The service was terrible, we felt that i could have been racially motivated and unprofessional. Our total was $200 and we were so disappointed that we couldn't tip. I was very disappointed and hope training and preparation for the future improves.

If you’re looking for a dining experience that doubles as a test of your patience and will to live, Jimmy’s is the place for you! I came in hungry and left spiritually broken.

First, the service. Our waitress must have been on a personal journey of self-discovery because she vanished the moment we sat down. By the time she returned, I had grown a full beard (I am not usually capable of growing facial hair).

Then, the food. Oh, the food! After waiting what felt like multiple presidential administrations, my meal finally arrived. And by “meal,” I mean a microscopic portion that looked more like an artist’s interpretation of food than actual sustenance. I’ve seen more filling portions in tiny dollhouse kitchens.

At this point, I was convinced Jimmy himself must be in the back cooking each dish grain by grain. Either that, or they were foraging for my ingredients in the wild.

By the end, I strongly considered ordering another meal just to see if it would arrive in time for my retirement party. Instead, I left hungry, defeated, and questioning every decision that led me to this moment.

Would I return? Only if I had a time machine and a death wish.

Service was slow, no flavor in my soups and weird ingredients in my clam chowder like green peppers, my main course was good and a large portion. I saw on the online menu a smore Sunday that sounded really good I ask for it the waitress sad we don’t do that anymore but she would ask they made it for me kind of. I got a tiny brownie a broken gram cracker and a over filled bowel of tiny marshmallows guess they figured I wouldn’t notice there wasn’t any ice cream 😳

Food is good but the customer service is not. They stay messing up my orders. If you’re going to go pick up food check your bags before you leave! I should know this by now. But it keeps happening. Had to go back multiple times to pick up food they never put in my bag.. very inconvenient.

I am very disappointed, I've recently started coming to Jimmy's because a lot of my friends like to hang out here and I never thought I would experience anything like this. When I was at the bar last night I was specifically there for happy hour. I made sure I ordered the two mixed drinks I got within happy hour because regularly those drinks are really expensive. I even made sure I got the house liquor too. Last night I didn't say anything because I was slightly intoxicated but I was charged full price for all of my drinks and quite frankly I think that's ridiculous. I don't know if I should talk to somebody about this because my mind is actually blown, if I made a mistake and did order my drinks slightly outside of happy hour I should've been notified of that because the bartender that was working with us heard me say that I wanted to make sure I got my drinks within happy hour because I'm literally in between jobs right now so money's tight but I wanted to have a good night with my friends since they invited me out. Mikey was my bartender by the way lol

A lot of menu variety, but with so many options I think it's hard to be really good

Nice people but the food that my mom got was horrible and dry(salmon). And the rolls were hard as a rock. Might come back (maybe)

I’ve been a loyal customer at Jimmy’s for years, but this was the first time I left disappointed. My shrimp scampi tasted more like chicken noodle soup with bits of garlic tossed in, and my son’s kids’ mac and cheese—something we order regularly—was completely bland. Adding to the frustration, the menu listed my shrimp scampi at $29.99, yet my receipt showed $32.98.

Our waitress, Tina, was friendly, and provided good service for the most part, but she forgot to bring the fries and mozzarella sticks we ordered. She acknowledged forgetting the fries, but the mozzarella sticks never even made it to our table.

Despite these issues, the sangria and Caesar salad were excellent—those will be the only reasons I return.

Me and my family went here for brunch. We seen images of their food online and we wanted to try it out. The service was good. The food was ok at most and the atmosphere was good. I order shrimp & grits, which it states on menu what the food entailed. Totally not what it was, it’s was marinara sauce not Cajun and the micro greens was just garnish. My father got Crab Benedict and it was just regular Benedict because there was barely any crab put on. I would say I will give this a second try but it will be a while for me to say I would like to try this again. Mainly the food puts me off put the place looks great and service was good.
