What a special place! A must try, not inexpensive by any means but so worth it! Attentive, professional service, a lovely venue and the food is off the charts. From the fresh never frozen wild caught fish and juicy tender T bone steak. Pasta and Caesar salad prepared table side! Lovely experience...so impressed we have gone back 3 times over the last 2 months despite the 35 minute drive from New Hope, PA! Our guests also loved it.
There's no better restaurant around!! The ambience is beautiful. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. You will enjoy every moment that you're there. We cannot wait to go back.
Great experience ! The waiter service was outstanding. Violin walking around that was very special and a 4 piece band in the bar area that was very good.
Luccas is one of our favorites and we have gone many times. However, this time there was a screaming child who totally ruined the peaceful atmosphere. Not sure why the mother didn't take the child out to quiet her or why management didn't suggest it but thankfully, she only screamed at the beginning and the end of our meal.
Greeted immediately by several hostesses at the reservations desk with smiles and welcoming tone! The overall design of the restaurant is elegant, setting the tone for an important evening dining out, I definitely will dress the part a little better next time. Service was attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Great separate drink and dining menu with choices to please all. Food was outstanding. When was the last time you dined out and the bar area was complete with a live band! Can't wait to go back!
Second or third time dining at Lucca and did not disappoint. Started with crab salad and burrata. Both were delicious. Moved onto lentil soup which reminded me of grandma. Then we split cacio de Pepe and bronzino. Pasta was delicately prepared tableside and enjoyed by all. The bronzino was fabulous. So tender and full of flavor. Really enjoyed Lucca.
We had a wonderful evening in the piano bar! Food was fantastic and the music was perfect - just enough to be entertaining but allowing for conversation. Excellent service too!
The service and decor were outstanding, but the overall value is not there. We spent $95 for a veal chop, $60 for 4 scallops. I can go on. I would not go back based on how expensive it was.
This was our first experience at Lucca, and it was phenomenal. I made our reservation for a special birthday dinner for my husband and we were both speechless. From the moment we walked in and were greeted we knew it was going to be special. The details in everything they do surely speaks for itself. Molto Bene! Prego
Loved the ambiance. Service started out strong and then left us hanging at the end. Our server was super attentive and wonderful for the first 3 courses, then he all but disappeared when I asked to see the dessert menu. My favorite part of being at Lucca was Luigi the violinist. He was incredible and made our night. We'll definitely be back when I know he'll be there

First time at restaurant and it far exceeded my expectations. From the hostess station to dinner everyone was so gracious. We were given ample time to enjoy our dinners and the service as outstanding. Roberto our waiter was so accommodating and patient while we took our time. Luigi was also a highlight as the music was exceptional. I would definitely come back as this was a memorable dining experience.
Outstanding night. We sat at a booth and listened to a fabulous band play. Great food and atmosphere.
First time here. Went for our anniversary. Really wanted to love it. Beautifully decorated & they gave my wife a rose, which was a nice gesture. Service started out excellent, but after dessert, we couldn't find the waiter....for over 45 minutes. Finally had to ask a bus boy for the check & then the waiter came over, after we waited another 10 minutes. I had the filet & my wife had the chicken. My filet was over-cooked and not hot. Wife's chicken was very good. Mashed potatoes tasted like something out of a diner (maybe conjuring a little Mastori's past?). The broiled veggies were excellent. We shared a creme brûlée for dessert. It was not good. Cocktails were fine. For $300 dinner, I had hoped for a lot more. All the other reviews suggest I'm the outlier here. I'm usually pretty forgiving, but the value has to match the price & it was misaligned for me last night.
Thank and your staff for making our anniverseray and my wifes birthday a memorable day! We will be back for sure!!!
It was difficult to gage the service because there were very few patrons when we were there. That said, the service was impeccable.
