It’s a beautiful restaurant and the ambiance is great, but the service and portions are not up to par with the prices. We dined on Christmas Eve and waited over an hour for the table side Cacio y Pepe. They left the cart by our table and it blocked us from having our waters refilled while we waited. When it was finally made, it had a strong alcohol taste.
My husband ordered the scallops and I ordered the eggplant parm. I got what felt like a sliver of eggplant parm, and it was lukewarm. Dessert was just ok.
I get what they’re trying to do but it doesn’t feel like a true fine dining experience.

What an incredible meal at Lucca. You can tell they only use the highest quality meats and ingredients. The steaks are juicy, full of flavor and delicious... much better than what I've had at Toscana's! The Lobster Ravioli is so fresh, and hand made from scratch! The Chef Maurizio is an artist, listening to Dean in the Piano Lounge feels like an NYC Summer Club, and Pino the GM always provides warm and welcoming Italian hospitality. Amazing Valentines Day meal! They had a violinist playing in the dining room which just made our meal even better. The dover sole was the best I've ever had. Don't miss dessert and after dinner cocktails in the lounge to enjoy some piano music. Can't wait to return!

Everything about Lucca was absolutely perfect. The whole experience from start to finish was superb and felt like we were transported to Italy! Ciro was our server and was absolutely phenomenal. The service, the food, the atmosphere exceeded all expectations. We will be returning here for Lucca to host our bridal shower!

I have eaten at Lucca twice before yesterday and everything was fantastic but last night everything was horrible. Party of 4 and not one of our meals was good. The pork chop was more than half fat, the veal parmigiana was like leather and the sauce was over sweet and tasteless as was the broccoli rabe. A very expensive disappointment.
Be prepared to be impressed! Ristorante Lucca and Piano Lounge is ready! If you can remember what dining out used to be like years ago and are willing to get dressed up and put away your phone then the staff at Ristorante Lucca are prepared to host you. With a gorgeous dining room, cocktail bar and piano lounge you will be impressed and entertained all night. The food and wine is beyond expectation. The service is impeccable. Ristorante Lucca is like dining in NYC in the '70's.

We chose Ristorante Lucca's as the venue for our daughter's 50th birthday celebration. Everything was exceptional. There were printed menus at each place setting. The table setting arrangements were perfect for our 22 guests. We had the most delicious banquet menu, and the service was more than 5 star treatment. We had the best wait staff. They were professional, polite and extremely accommodating. They were wonderful with our guests and our daughter. Our family and friends are still talking about the food and the birthday cake. Kudos to the chef, staff and everyone involved in making this a wonderful experience.
