Marcello's Coal Fired Restaurant & Pizza

We had a 7pm reservation but were not seated until 7:30. We were seated at a high top table in the bar area. This was the most uncomfortable table, the stools had no back and difficult to get in because the stools slide on the floor. We always enjoy the food here but I don't think we will be back anytime soon it was such a disappointing evening with good friends. There are Better choices to have a nice evening with friends.

Love this place!!! Only thing is no music on...... an Italian restaurant should have Italian music or Sinatra or all the greats!! I was disappointed! Vibe could have been amazing. Surprised to management would know that this is what it's about! Ambiance. ❤️❤️

Reservation not honored. It was our anniversary and we were not seated at the table we reserved by the window; we were given several excuses from the Manager Alex and hostess that contradicted each other. Alex even said it wasn't personal! Then they sat another person with their children at the table we reserved not even 25 minutes after we were seated! Our waiter Michael was amazing and the food always delicious but poor manager! No reason we couldn't get our table unless it was personal for two people he doesn't know!

Marcelo's was a very charming restaurant. Food was amazing. Definitely will be going back.

The food is always very good!! Sometimes it can be a little salty. I do not like the back room with the secound bar . Its a little dark.

Always enjoy going here. Everything is delicious . Always get a pizza as an appetizer. Simply delicious! People are friendly. Staff & servers are awesome.

The food and the service were excellent. The wings were over the top good as were the lobster ravioli with crab and shrimp. The only thing that I wasn't crazy for was the table. The base of it made it difficult to get comfortable.

I love coming here because it's consistently great food, great service & a fun place to be with friends! The only issue I had with this time & why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because i had a reservation and wasn't seated until 20 minutes later. The last time I was there, the table “wasn't ready yet” and my group also has to wait about 15 minutes. They need to plan out their reservation availability better. About 5 other parties of people were also waiting for their 7pm reservations.

We ate here for the first time yesterday and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The service was smooth and efficient throughout meal. Both of our meals were delicious, both large portions and the cocktails were very good. Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or just looking to enjoy a quality drink, this place does not disappoint. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable experience. Great service, a vibrant atmosphere, and outstanding drinks make this a spot well worth returning to.

My girlfriend and I went in tonight. Haven’t been in a few months. The server was terrible. Rushed us and forgot our apps. Also the food was ok but they raised there prices. The prices are insane now. 31 dollars for chicken francese. That’s insane. 17.50 for a small chopped antipasto. We go to a local small pizza place. 18 dollars for chicken francese and it blows this away. Look at this from a local place.

Went tonight for dinner, made a reservation, our waiter Michael was awful, rushed us to hurry up and order because there was a line out the door and his manager wanted to get our table out, his words. I settled for penne vodka which I never order, it was bland, but satisfactory. Even if the food was phenomenal it would have been overshadowed by the awful service. Not too mention our table was tiny and my husband and I were getting bumped into all night long, it was very uncomfortable.

I'd tried the pizza many times and, honestly, I thought it was very good. Today I decided to try the restaurant's menu.
Big mistake.
It's obvious that much of what they prepare isn't fresh, and the quality doesn't match the restaurant's style at all, considering the prices.
I won't be back. Honestly, you can find quality food across the street for the same price.
