We went to McDonald's to get some food. I ordered from this McDonald's on the mobile app. I ordered a spicy wrap with no shredded cheese. I got the order and there was cheese on it. The people were nice and the place was clean but they need to learn how to speak read and understand the English language. When a customer orders a meal with pacific instructions they need to learn to follow what the order says. When you order from here make sure to chdck your order before leaving. I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!

I've been to this mcdonald's since they renovated. This is probably my first disappointment in visiting this place. I ordered a meal as I was gonna be traveling out of state. When I got a chance to open my order, I didn't hv the monopoly promo that's going on now. Not 1 item had it and I ordered a fish sando meal (large). I had checked and the promo is still going on as it ends tomorrow Nov 2nd.

The Indonesian manager here this morning as I’m still sitting inside McDonald’s she is very ignorant. She is very rude. She don’t think nobody for nothing and she acts with an attitude as you’re bothering her. Ordered my food she gave me the receipt and the number 58 tag to put on the table where I was sitting she never said thank you she never said anything else asked me if I wanted anything else. Nothing I said to her thank you she just looked at me and walked away never said nothing, it’s not the first time I’ve experienced this manager in here

Ordered through the mobile app, and my boyfriend went to pick it up at the drive-thru. They gave him a hard time because my name wasn't shown on the order. He ended up having to come back home because my phone was on silent to tell me that they said they didn't have my order. He went inside and told them everything we ordered and they still wouldn't give him our order. They kept telling him that they didn't have it. Before he went to pick it up the first time, we triple checked that we ordered at the correct location. I sent him the screenshot of the order so he could show them when he went back, and they still gave him a hard time. I had just recently downloaded the McDonald's app and did not know that you need to turn the display name option on. I don't understand why after he told them exactly what we ordered, they couldn't just give him the order that was probably just sitting there. They apparently needed a code the first time, but he didn't have that because he assumed if he just gave my name, they would know the order. I called the store to ask about this, and I read off the code that was in my email. The code is longer than 4 digits, so I read the whole thing, and the lady on the phone chuckled and told me it should only be a 4 digit number... I said, okay, well, this is the only code I see, and you're telling me it's not correct, so does that mean you won't give him the food when he pulls up at the drive-thru? The whole situation was extremely ridiculous. Unnecessarily inconvenient. This isn't the first time I've had an issue at this location. Management here is not good. They suck.
So this is our McDonald's when we need quick dinner. The drive thru isn't quick and now the girl who is at the cashier window doesn't even speak just thrust her hand out for the credit card. No total nothing. We do love the playground.
