Parking: Parking in the rear of building. Not very tidy back there. Not a great first impression of the establishment, but the service and food made up for it

My entire family grew up eating palermos. We love their tomato pies, my daughter order food for her and her brother to get delivered at home while I was at work. The girl who took my daughters order misheard 55 for 65 on our address so when the food never arrived my daughter called & whatever guy she spoke to told her it was delivered so that was that. No refund or even an offer to redeliver, no apologies nothing. Just flat out no care in the world. I could not believe that they could possibly treat regular customers who buy food from there at least 3 times a month like that but they did. For that alone they lost me completely, it sucks because their food is great.

I ordered a pickup order from their app that included 20 garlic parm wings, fries, and broccoli cheddar bites. When my boyfriend came back with it, we got 20 buffalo wings instead of garlic parm. I called and the woman said they would deliver the garlic parm instead. My boyfriend went to go pick them up instead and made him pay an extra $15 since we didn’t bring the buffalo ones back. I had the woman I talked to on speaker when I complained and she NEVER once said to swap them. This is the first time I’ve had a bad review with Palermo’s and I’m very disappointed in how they handled it. My boyfriend shouldn’t have had to fork out another $15 for it since now we essentially paid $40 for the wings. It’ll take me a while to order from them again. Not happy at all.

Recently placed an order for our Halloween party at the senior center through the slice app. There was a mixup because of Slice, and Palermo's was very accommodating in rectifying the situation. We always order Palermo's for our pizza events and will confine l continue to do so! Delicious pizza everyone enjoys!

The staff was great. Felt like a good family style atmosphere. Friendly and outgoing. The food came in big portions and they have affordable price. Sadly I don't live near here to come as often, but will definitely comeback next time I'm in the area
