Jeff at this location has always been kind and friendly to my girlfriend and I on multiple occasions. He keeps a very clean store and we look forward to coming back for Jeff's great service!

The younger employees are extremely rude and give awful service. I’ve come here multiple times and when it’s this one older man my experience is great but every time it’s the younger crew my ice creams are ruined. I asked for some chocolate chips and she filled the entire cup with chocolate chips and barely any water ice. It wasn’t enjoyable at all. Im done coming here just hire nice people is all.

Everytime I walk in the place reeks of bleach or cleaning materials. It's so strong you can always taste it in the air. It's pretty disgusting, it's only Italian ice there's no reason it should smell that bad in there on multiple occasions.

The last two times I have tried to go there have not been good. As soon as I opened the door the smell of bleach was so overwhelming that I had to turn right back around and leave. My boyfriend stayed to place our order but when he came out he said the taste of bleach was in his mouth and the smell wouldn’t leave his nose. This was hours before closing so I’m not sure why it has been so bad. The bleach smell has to be detrimental to the young kids working in there. Not good for anyone’s health to breath that!

Horrible experience at Rita’s of Bordentown tonight! Normally we have great service there but tonight, an unfortunate looking girl named Bella made our experience terrible. Aside from looking very dirty (she shouldn’t be serving food!), she was unable to handle a simple question without giving us an attitude. When I told her it was a simple question and didn’t need to be answered with an attitude, her attitude grew worse and her defensiveness increased. Her ‘manager’, another nasty person, was absolutely no help in defusing her staff member. Stay away from this location!! Go to Bordentown Creamery or Sunday’s instead! Don’t waste your money on bad service!!

A large root beer gelati, super fast service, reasonable price, and a helpful and pleasant staff. What a great place...will definitely be back.
