“This bagel shop is so good. I own a business right down the road from there and I go to bagel fresh frequently and get a toasted sesame bagel with bacon egg and cheese. It’s delicious. In fact i think they have some of the best breakfast sandwiches around. I really love their bagels. Not to mention, they are always nice when I go in. People say hi and they don’t rush you. 5 star everything!“

I got the short rib grilled cheese and it was literally two slices of cheese with a block of short rib in between two pieces of bread, they should’ve chopped the short rib and the cheese together and melted the cheese in the short rib, the cheese was barely melted.“

Wings were a good size, lots of meat on the bone, and well fried. Fries were crispy and tasty. Look forward to trying other sauces on wings.

Service was good, but we did get ignored a little bit in favor of some other customers. Momentary eye contact, and then walk away and keep moving? That’s not the best. I ordered a BLT, which arrived promptly, but I was disappointed to learn they had run out of candied bacon, which I had really been looking forward to.

While the sandwich was decent, I found the price a bit steep, especially with the unexpected 18% gratuity added for a takeout order. On the bright side, I'm still interested in trying their tacos and salmon cheesesteak, so I'll give them another chance and hope for a better experience next time.“

They easily could have grumbled about it, as it was a Friday and I am sure they wanted to clean up and go home, and they still could not have been friendlier or more accomodating. “So, I saw some bad reviews, but I honestly only came here to leave a review, bc my service was SO excellent. I ordered food for “dine in” and sat at the outside table. A man, I think the manager, named Eddy came out to personal get me and walk the food out with me. He waited on my family and I like we were royalty. The place seemed very well kept, organized, and clean. That specific employee was sure making the difference. He was everywhere, talking to everyone, and doing a great job. I was only there bc we were driving through the area, and my mom had a gift card, but this experience changed my entire outlook on Panera.“

“I came in and ordered some food and an iced coffee an hour before closing since I had a long night ahead. The iced coffee dispenser was understandably empty, but they offered to refill it just for me.

It also understandably took some time to make the iced coffee, but I was able to have a cup for the night - I was even comped when I tried to get a few bakery items before leaving.
