Solid people. Solid danish. Great place !
Friendly service, generous and affordable, tasty. I liked the Chocolate Hazelnut, but my wife preferred the coffee. Lot of kids flavors (Cookie Monster) and ices (blue raspberry)- not a foodie destination. For fancy flavors, you’ll need to pay more elsewhere.
Came here the other night after a nice dinner with friends across the way. I went in thinking I wasn't going to get anything, but to my happy surprise there were non dairy options! I tried the vegan almond bark and it was SO GOOD! The young ladies behind the counter are very sweet and helpful, and the prices are incredibly reasonable! I would definitely come back again whenever I'm in town. Please make sure you tip these ladies well. Thanks so much for having an option for those of us that can't or don't eat dairy. Even having one delicious option besides ice is amazing ☺️
Homemade ice cream, good variety, convenient location, generous portions, reasonable pricing, pleasant staff.
Besides getting a free pup cup, they were great with letting us know how their sundaes worked when I hadn't even thought about how big they might be (I only wanted one scoop).
We first went to rhe other location and were disappointed because it wasn't a bakery, the lady told the other location was a bakery so we went. There was very little parking but we found a spot several blocks away. When we went inside it was nothing like the pictures. Only 4 choices other than ice cream... they were out of everything we wanted. We wanted artisan cupcakes and we found super market quality cupcakes (dry and flavorless). The ice cream was fine and the cookies were soft but this is an ice cream shop not a sweet shop or bakery. We were disappointed but the yummy cookies gave it a 2 star review.
One afternoon I was walking around the downtown area and found Smilie’s. I walked in with hopes of vegan ice cream. I was pleasantly surprised that they did indeed have some vegan options. That day was an almond bark vegan ice cream. They said they try to keep at least one option available all the time.
Great bagels and coffee. High quality, a step above Wawa, DD a d Starbux
Delicious homemade icecream and now they sell bagels and muffins in the morning that are very good. Friendly staff cute location and quality food I highly recommend.
Nicely located in the heart of Bordentown City. Amazing homemade ice cream. Recently offering freshly brewed coffee and bagels.

One of my favorite things about living in Bordentown is Smilie’s Sweet Spot. While the ice cream is delicious, (I highly recommend the “William Powell” with hot fudge, peanut butter sauces, and peanut butter cups), my husband and I keep coming back for the locally brewed coffee and fresh baked goods. We’ve both become addicted to the flaky apple turnovers and gooey sticky buns, not to mention the chewy everything bagels. Even the dog loves to stop by during our morning walks, to get her cookie from the friendly and welcoming owner, baker, and staff!
Open early for good coffee and delicious baked goods.
Large servings. Reasonableness priced
Great local shoppe with hometown feel. Ice cream and pastries cannot be beat. Customer service is A+.
Great flavors. They usually have one sugar free and one vegan option too which is nice. It’s located in a nice area on Farnsworth Avenue and you can walk around and enjoy the lovely scenery while eating your ice cream.
