I consistently receive excellent service at this location—staff members are always courteous, attentive, and efficient. Orders are prepared quickly, and the overall environment is welcoming and well-managed. However, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with the temperature of the coffee, which is significantly hotter than at other locations.
Today, I purchased two coffees, and unfortunately, both lids detached shortly after being handed to me, resulting in burns to my hand. While I appreciate the fast and friendly service, I believe this location should revisit its beverage safety protocols. Adjusting the coffee temperature and ensuring lids are securely fastened would greatly enhance the customer experience and prevent potential injuries.

I don’t understand why drinks are constantly messed up here. I don’t come here often because of it and I don’t like being the person who ask for a refund, but the next time our entire order is messed up I’ll unfortunately have to. Even after asking them to remake a drink, it still comes out different than any other Starbucks location.
It seems as if they don’t read or follow instructions.

I decided to pick up snacks for work. I ended up spending $70 on a few bagels and cookies. Items were grossly overpriced, and the quality was the worst I have ever experienced. Example: We removed a bagel from its plastic wrapper and, with one hand, squeezed the raw dough into the size of a golf ball. My team discarded all the cookies and bagels, and we went to the local bakery and got a fresh dozen bagels (that were not wrapped in plastic) with REAL cream cheese. This was the first time in 20 years I've visited a Starbucks shop, and I just have to say, WOW. My team made jokes about this for the rest of the day, I won't make that mistake again haha.

I picked up the hot coffee in store, the coffee lid not closed properly and spilled out which burned my hand. The worker saw the incident and gave me the new coffee. Hope they will be careful for the next customer.

Service has been terrible the last few months. Drinks are never made right. Gave too many chances, won’t be back.

I ordered a Carmel Frappuccino. All it tasted like was ice cubes. Sorry to say the place looked a little dirty too.
The restrooms: who decided to put the hand dryer right by the sink So that when you wash your hands the sink has water and soap in it and then dry your hands it blows the water and soap all over the floor. Really great idea. Genius on their part!
We waited 30 minutes for a beverage and they forgot to put the coffee in the drink carmel Frappuccino my as well be milk foam. Starbucks is the worst place for coffee. Wawa is better by 100%

Come here everyday and receive my iced coffee with no ice.also when I ask for a coffee with creamer I don’t want creamer with a couple drops of coffee.

I don’t know why it takes over 5 minutes to get a cup of black coffee. The person on the register use to pour it after I ordered, and now I have to wait in the que like I order a specialty drink.

Indoors is constantly closed (and the employees complain they can’t get enough people to work) and it becomes drive through only with a line longer than the Mississippi River. Also constantly running out of stock on certain drinks/items. Probably the worst Starbucks on the planet.

This has to be the worse service I’ve ever experienced. The cashier was not very welcoming the manager was argumentative when I explained my longer than normal wait. When my food was finally ready they made the wrong sandwiches and rather than try and make it right I was told “this is the only sandwiches we have”. When I asked for a refund the manager was not very empathetic to my experience in fact he didn’t even acknowledge the mishap he just gave me my refund and walked away.

Really gross inside. They have a bee infestation problem. It’s actually ridiculous how many bees there are inside.
