I don’t know why it takes over 5 minutes to get a cup of black coffee. The person on the register use to pour it after I ordered, and now I have to wait in the que like I order a specialty drink.
Hit or miss…
Lately has been a series of misses.
I’m a regular customer and my coffee either taste watered down, tastes as if each employee makes the drinks their own way, and my orders has been entirely wrong at times. Also, I feel like the reason I’m paying so much is because of how much the company wastes, because it’s definitely not for how good the coffee is made/tastes.
