Stopped in and ordered a burger at 5:00 PM today, then shopped at Love’s next door. Waited so long, I finally had to give up and leave to stay on a time schedule. While I was waiting, someone else stopped in and returned their burger because Wendy’s had not made the correct burger to match their order.Bottom line: They appear slow and inept. While it cost me $8 to figure it out, it probably saved me from something far worse. If they can’t get the order correct in a timely fashion, what else are they getting wrong in the kitchen?

Food is good most of the time, good and reasonable, and i have no complaints occasionally get an over cooked chicken cutlet and they stopped offering grilled chicken and sad to say I have gotten cold fries will continue to eat there it's very convenient.
Wendys has good burgers and fries. Customer service is better than McDonald's I tell u that
