Never had a real issue here other than I thought my bagel was soft and dry when it was supposed to be nice and toasted yesterday. One day, even, I was given all these donuts/munchkins for free because it was at the end of the day and they had to get rid of them anyway. That was a nice deal if you ask me.

The workers were extremely nice but the food took forever to come out. We were on a time crunch and that was not very fun to wait that long. The food was cold and the bagel bites were very bland. I do not recommend.

Best Dunkin location I’ve been to, made my order very fast despite having 2 other people ahead of me, and made my hash browns extra toasted as I asked and even double checked with me if they were done enough, Very clean and yet somehow they were still cleaning the common area even though it looked spotless

Very impressed with this location. Super busy Sunday morning. Adequately staffed and efficiently putting out orders. Their systems were in place and it showed. Kudos to the managerial staff and all the employees hustling on a Sunday morning. Thank you for great customer service after someone accidentally took half of my order.

Asked for an iced cappuccino and it had the consistency of a slushee. I asked them to remake it and I could hear them talking about me. They also put the only donut with icing on the very bottom? I don’t understand the logic there.

Their donuts have flies and bugs roaming around inside. As you can see the picture there is one of the flies chilling on the French Cruller. It’s protein if that’s your taste. The place otherwise pretty fast service, drinks and foods came out pretty quick. Just don’t appreciate the flies and bugs, definitely not my type of topping on donuts.

I drive for a living over 3/4 of NJ. I stop at Dunkin 2 to 3 times a day. This Branchburg location is by far the best. They know how I like my large coffee and start making it as soon as they see my truck pull up.
