We came while they were swamped with the drive thru, but that did not affect service at all. They forgot to add my oatmeal cookie to my bag. No issues with attitude or fixing my order. “My experience with Big Chicken was quite pleasant, when I stepped into the restaurant the scent was very chipotle essence which I personally love. However it also reminded me of the loss of Stickys (the restaurant before Big Chicken). Anyways, the workers were nice and were quick with the food which was lovely. The food was immaculate, I usually don’t lick sauces off my fingers but this time I did. If you ever want something similar to Dave’s Hot Chicken this is the place to go. HOWEVER, the reason why I have 4 stars is because my Zero Sugar Pepsi tasted water down.. Which is fine but it tasted much like ice tea so I was conflicted if this was really zero sugar. But oh well, fries were very crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside and was fairly seasoned. So yes I recommend the place because I will be coming back“

“it's clean, has nice people working there, the food tastes real not that frozen bs, easy to order, they aren't cheap when you ask for extra toppings like once I asked for pickles and they gave me nicely cut pickle slices like a whole container“

“Delicious! I was new to the place so we got a variety of items to try, on the recommendation of my brother.
I had the mama's favorite chicken sandwich and the chicken was juicy, tender and flavorful. Everything was fresh from the mozz to the spinach.
We also had the herb parm potato slices which were flavorful.
My partner had the mango chicken salad, the home made salsa was so good he wanted to take some to go (unfortunately they only do small batches at a time!)
We took two orders to go- smothered chicken and the 5 way chili. Even reheated, the smothered chicken was phenomenal! My brothers favorite is always the 5 way chili!“

“Tried this pizza place as we moved to Bridgewater lately and was quite amazed to see the options available here. It’s like a subway of pizzas. We ordered 3 pizza with all individual toppings choice. The crust is quite thin and tasty. We enjoyed the whole ambience and the sitting area is clean. They have outdoor seating also.

“Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. Possibly the best customer service I've ever received. The restaurant was clean, the food was great, a movie was playing on the TV. My meal took like 20 seconds to come out. Can't emphasize how great the service was, I was helped by Garrett and he really went above and beyond. Easiest 5 stars of all time.“

“As far as a McDonald's goes, this place isn't bad. It's your typical McDonald's. But because of its location it normally isn't busy. You've been pretty quickly get your food (Even by fast food standards) and the staff are quite friendly and nice. I myself have personally seen the staff get berated by belligerent customers and they still hold their ground and are respectful. I commend these people.“
