I got McDonald’s today and got a meal around 10 PM. I go to this one often because it’s close to my job. When I got home, my nuggets were missing. I understand, it’s late and mistakes happen. So I called in hopes I could possible get my nuggets tomorrow or a refund around 10:15-10:20. The phone was answers, but after I spoke about the nuggets, I was left sitting on the phone with no one for 10 minutes. It sounded almost like the phone was left on the counter because I could hear music in the background and voices from afar. I hung up and called again because I honestly didn’t want to cause a ruckus, but at that point the phone kept giving me the busy tone.

Great service by Danny! Coffee is great - I put 1 packet of salt in it and it makes the best coffee around. Employees top notch. Food always hot and fresh. My favorite McD's.

The reason why I gave a negative review is because the service was horrible. The girl at the drive-thru had an attitude and kept trying to rush me with placing my order. I told her no pickles on my sandwich and no salt on my fries and they still added it anyway for both. I'm allergic to pickles. Luckily I checked my sandwich first. For me I have a bad experience that day and this is my first time going to this location. I can't say whether I would recommend this place or if I would even come back again because it just ruined the whole atmosphere for me of being there. I would recommend a customer service class for the employees.

We got 2 combos which come with two fries. We got 1 large fry instead. We simply asked for our order. The lady working there proceeded to come and look in the car and accused us of eating everything. She did not want to give us our correct order. I normally wouldn’t care but she basically accused us of doing something to the order when we just left the window.

Regular run of the mill McDonald's - Nothing crazy, but everything went smoothly. I wouldn't go out of my way, but it was a solid experience.
We go purely because it’s close by, but it’s probably one of the worse McDonald’s we’ve been to. They are often out of thinks like mustard or ketchup which is insane. The chicken for the deluxe chicken sandwich is sooo small! They don’t give a crap when assembling the sandwiches. My picture is after I tried to scrape it from the box onto the sandwich. Their tea is always sour. Our collector cup was sliced open when we got it. Other McDonald’s had the collector meal in a box….I could go on. It’s fine for a quick fix, but if you have time, go to another place.

The mexican lady here was incredibly rude. She rushed me to order and had attitude when I asked her a question. She forgot half of my order and didn’t even know what was on the restaurant’s actual menu. Never coming here again.

I have had a bad experience at McDonald's. It seems that the workers are mostly Spanish-speaking and come off as rude. They struggle to communicate effectively in English, making it a negative experience for customers. Ownership should address these issues to improve customer satisfaction. Feels like I entered a ghetto store, how many of these employees got jobs for just being Spanish or related to the franchise owner. The worker in the picture never gave me my drink and told me I’m lying.
