The menu features a range of tasty options, including the popular Black Jack ramen, which boasts a rich and flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles. Other standouts include the crispy chicken karaage and the combination of Korean and Japanese flavors in dishes like black garlic tonkatsu ramen and bulgogi riceballs. The food is amazing, with the miso ramen being super tasty and the broth being a favorite part. Rice balls are delicious, with the salmon or tuna Mayo ball being a highlight, and attention to detail with the flakes on top. Appetizers like edamame, chicken gyoza, shrimp tempura, and pork Bao buns were very good. The shrimp tempura was crispy and not too greasy. The Shoyu ramen, the miso ramen, and the spicy tonkatsu were enjoyed, with the spicy tonkatsu being a standout with its hearty and rich broth and a little kick. The pork belly was the right amount of fatty. Chicken karaage was a good add-on. Signature beverages and mochi ice cream were also enjoyed. The waiter was super willing to answer all questions.
