The food was not even fully cooked. When we asked to cook it more. The cook literally threw the bowl back to my face and told me it was their standard softness. He told me it was my fault that I didn’t asked for softer noodles upfront. I’ve been to many ramen places and absolutely have no trouble telling raw from fully cooked. Here I have a picture of the undercooked noodles. You can clearly see the white parts here and there. There were also lumped together noodles.

This is our first time coming here and I’ve never had such great quality food before.
It wasn’t just the Ramen every dish that we had down to the sushi. Rice was absolutely amazing.
I paid $20 for a take out ramen bowl and was really disappointed. The portion was small and there was barely any protein with just a small spoonful of chicken and half an egg. The flavor was bland and the chicken was tasteless. The arugula in the mix threw off the flavor and didn’t go well with the broth at all. I finished it in one sitting and felt like it wasn’t worth the price. I honestly thought it would be much better considering the 4.8-star reviews, but I guess not many people here have had decent ramen for the right price. Definitely expected better quality and balance for what they charge.
