I frequent at this starbucks and recently the service has gone down hill. I was waiting to receive my drink and the baristas were just standing there talking to each-other while many were waiting for drinks to be made. The girl with the blue hair eventually made my drink. It wasn’t filled as much as it should’ve been, especially for the price. On top of that she had been talking to coworker about how she was sick and still had a cough. Then when she put the lid on my drink, she put her whole hand across touching the part I drink out of. Respectfully I will NOT be coming back to this Starbucks due to the poor service. By the looks of the other costumers I was not the only one disappointed by both the service & quality of the drinks.

The last few times I've been there the same worker has messed up my coffee. Not putting my creamer or cold foam in it. I pay alot of money coming here for my order to keep being messed up on. On top of that she seems to have a little attitude with a smile. Besides that everyone is pleasant, kind, and get my order right.

This store was really unclean and the trash was overflowing. Behind the counter, tables, and floors were all dirty and trashy. We were the only customers in there. The person who took my order said that I could use my own cup, since I am trying to get away from single use plastic cups, but the person who made my drink still used a throw away plastic cup. Very disappointing. We will not revisit this location.

Great crew at this Starbucks who engage with their customers and know their regulars. They work hard and strive for good customer service. The atmosphere isnt as good as some other Starbucks, but there are almost always seats here if you want to chat or sit down to work.
Parking: Parking is right next to the store and there are few businesses to compete in the shopping center.
Kid-friendliness: This spot is good for kids. The staff is always great with them.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible parking and entrances here.
Quite possible the worst latte ever made in the history of lattes on this planet. Looked and tasted like steamed milk without a drop of espresso. Way to go Starsux. Makes going to a local coffee shop even more justified & well worth the effort. Long live Black River Roasters on Rt 22. They know how to make coffee. Not these pretend toddlers

Very slow service. Not enough employees on a Saturday. Only 1 person made the drinks. I1 employee person didn’t do anything. They were behind and the 2 employees were busy talking to a customer. (A Worker having fun) very rude girls

Here at this place it wasn't out as any other Starbucks and I couldn't pour it myself once I asked for some since the enployeesare not allowed. ?
Starbucks's employees speaking openly about support for HamasI was in Starbucks on May 3, 1:30 pm. The barista w long brown hair was speaking about her opinion supporting Hamas and being anti-American. I guess she represents the company? Is this what Starbucks corporate wants from their employees?

My daughter picked up an Açaí I wanted and when she brought it home it was more just like ice water with a few strawberries. They did not put but a small drop of flavor in the drink so I just ended up with ice water.

I asked for a packet of sugar and the girl in the mask seemed annoyed that I was asking for one. Then I sit down and I'm drinking my coffee when her and another employee start complaining about how it's so annoying when people ask for stuff while they're making orders. I understand certain things at work can be frustrating but at least complain quietly! I was the only person there but they were talking very loudly so obviously I heard. Also the coffee she made wasn't even that good like how I usually get it.

One of my favorite Starbucks in NJ. Food and drinks are always good and it’s got a nice sit down area to get work done. The Staff is always super friendly and welcoming, one of the guys even lended me a phone charger once!
