Words like “please & thank you” are not for regular male customers here. If you are some category of genderfluid or a tatted-up woman you get great service.
Date of first-time visit was Sunday July 20, 2025. I stopped in today to get a refill of ice water on this hot and muggy summer day. Friendly and courteous service. Highly recommended.

I came in a few days ago and had a great experience at this location. While it seemed the store was a bit understaffed—with only three employees visible at the time—drinks were still made promptly and turned out delicious! I also appreciate that this store isn’t directly off Route 22, making it feel like a hidden gem. Additionally, the atmosphere inside was cozy and relaxed, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a drink or catch up on some reading.
Unfortunately, during my visit, I did witness a dispute between an elderly customer and one of the workers. He appeared upset about having to wait a few minutes and claimed his drink was incorrect. However, the staff politely explained that he had actually picked up the wrong order. As he left, he shoved past me and muttered “lousy staff” on his way out, which felt unfair given the employee's professionalism and patience.
Overall, I had a positive experience and commend the staff for handling a difficult moment with grace.

The red headed barista is miserable she’s mean and rude and it is a pain dealing with her. She snapped on me today cause she was having a bad day and the manager with the fuzzy beard stood there and laughed. Starbucks clearly has no control over there employees or yet just does not care cause everytime this girl is having a bad day she snaps on people. She should not be working in a Starbucks. Also this poorly run Starbucks features two of the slowest workers on the east coast shane and the guy with the thin beard. Expect an extra 20 minutes for your coffee when there working. Starbucks needs to look into this.

For a fantastic start to your day, look no further than the Starbucks in Branchburg, NJ. This location offers a wonderfully spacious environment, and from the moment I walked in, the staff's pleasant demeanor made my ordering experience a breeze. My barista, in particular, deserves a shout-out for flawlessly preparing my Venti Non-Fat Caramel Macchiato. I left feeling completely satisfied with both the attentive service and the expertly made beverage. This Starbucks is definitely a highly recommended stop!

There was an accident today where my foot got ran over by a car, and this starbucks worker I am unsure of her name but she was so helpful. She ran out with a whole kit and handled it perfectly, I am so grateful because without her I would have no idea what to do. So thank you whoever you are.

No hello, no your welcome to my thank you. Ordered shaken oat drink, literally was 1-2 cups of almond milk and MAYBE 2-3 ounces of espresso and brown sugar. Very disappointing. If I wanted almond milk, I would go and buy a half gallon for five dollars at Shoprite around the corner. 6+ dollars for a drink that’s milk based but is not supposed to be milk based is crazy. Will not be going again.

I have been a Starbucks drinker for a very long time but this location is almost always a disappointment. My husband and I order Starbucks breakfast every Saturday morning and whenever it’s from this location, my coffee is always wrong! How can you always mess up. I got a cold brew with cold foam last week and it was made with no foam. This week I ask for extra foam and cookie crumble and I got little foam and no crumbles. It’s always something and because he goes to pick it up and not me I don’t see it till he gets home. I will stop ordering here and only order from Warren moving forward on days I work. Mobil orders are a disaster, nobody cares. You get what they want and not what you order

I went here yesterday. The coffee I got was very watery. When I went back he realized that the beans bin was empty. He remade it for me.... Thank you!
Secondly, I ordered two slices of Pumpkin Pepita Bread. My receipt says Pumpkin Pepita. The label on the brown bag says Pumpkin Pepita. But, what he gave me was two slices of Banana Walnut. I am assuming he could not tell the difference.

Do not come to this location. I wanted to give this place a chance despite the horrible reviews, but I should’ve listened. I ordered online, smiled, and said good morning to the baristas as I walked in to grab my coffee. As I was leaving, the female barista working on April 18 at 7 AM (brunette, for reference) shouted “Don’t forget to acknowledge people” with the nastiest attitude. First of all, I did smile and say good morning. That comment was just unnecessary, rude, and honestly weird. Starbucks needs to do better with who they hire. This is exactly why Dunkin’ is superior. I won’t be going back to that location…not just because of the petty comment, but also because of the dog water excuse of a coffee she made.

Super busy long wait, and if they get your order wrong, prepare to wait a long time for it to sit there while they take care of other orders even though they messed up and it still come out NASTY!
