I asked for a packet of sugar and the girl in the mask seemed annoyed that I was asking for one. Then I sit down and I'm drinking my coffee when her and another employee start complaining about how it's so annoying when people ask for stuff while they're making orders. I understand certain things at work can be frustrating but at least complain quietly! I was the only person there but they were talking very loudly so obviously I heard. Also the coffee she made wasn't even that good like how I usually get it.

One of my favorite Starbucks in NJ. Food and drinks are always good and it’s got a nice sit down area to get work done. The Staff is always super friendly and welcoming, one of the guys even lended me a phone charger once!

Absolutely love this Starbucks! Greg and the team are so helpful. I accidentally ordered my drink wrong and the team remade it for me even though it was my fault. I am so grateful for their welcoming nature and clean store. It’s my home away from home!

I don't usually get Starbucks Coffee, but when I do, this place is great. I like that you have a station to make your plain coffee just the way you like it. I also love the frescas. I feel like you can buy a bottle of water and make two drinks out of it. It's especially helpful on those hot days.

11-9-2023 ~7:45AM visit: I am in town for a business trip. Decided to swing by Starbucks for my colleague. I don’t frequent Starbucks very often but figured I’d grab a bite to eat for breakfast and a coffee since I was already there. I asked for a coffee and the cashier asked if I wanted anything in it. I looked over the counter to see if the creamers were available for self pour. Before I could even speak, the cashier in the mask cuts me off and just says “we don’t have that”. Have what? I didn’t even get to say anything. So I grabbed my coffee black. They Didn’t even get my name so when my breakfast sandwich was ready I had no clue which was mine as others were waiting for their order. The cashier was sure pleasant to my colleague in front of me though. Sorry if I don’t know my Starbucks coffee drinks ? Felt unwelcome and felt the cashier was rude and impatient. I don’t expect to be catered hand feet but at least let me order my damn coffee the way I want it. Rather drive and spend my money at local small coffee shops.

I have always been a dunkin person but recently I found a drink from Starbucks I enjoy getting and get it before work everytime I work night shift. It’s the only thing that gets me through my shift. However, I only drink iced coffees not hot and I’ve come to realize even after saying it slow and really annunciating the word “iced” they can’t get it right. 2 out of 5 of the drinks I get are hot and these drinks are not cheap so to get it wrong constantly is frustrating and upsetting. I am going back to dunkin from now on.

Messed up my order gave my coffee to someone else, still proceeded to give me the wrong coffee tastes horrible no pumpkin no cinnamon powder after my order was repeated twice- unorganized and the lady who took my order has an attitude problem when it was her fault- very bad costumer service.

The ordering staff took our order in a very small amount of time, which was fantastic. But when we received our drinks there was a distinct difference in taste between the two and my girlfriend and I got the same drink. We ordered food and never received it. All of the frozen food was laying out and no one had unwrapped it to heat it up so we ended up getting a refund after wasting 15 minutes waiting for food that was never cooked. We have no plan on coming back and would rather drive to the Somerville Starbucks just to avoid the service here.
