I came to this Subway today (Sunday) at 9:20 AM, even though the posted hours on Google Maps — and even the paper sign on the store door — clearly say the store opens at 8:00 AM. But when I arrived, the store was completely closed.

It’s really frustrating and unprofessional to list opening hours that you don’t follow. Customers rely on the timings shown online and at the store. I came one hour after the listed opening time and still found it closed.

Very disappointed with the store hours and the lack of reliability. Not a good experience at all.

The service was terrible. The person who made my sandwich clearly had no idea what he was doing. Watching him prepare it was painful — they just threw everything together with no care at all. The result looked so unappetizing I didn’t even feel like eating it. Honestly, you’d be better off staying hungry than eating a sandwich from this place. STAY AWAY

Kind of messed up place,app shows something they say something else,gift cards no...the cheese is not cooked despite asking to be toasted...above all very confusing and messy place

We drove 10 minutes to come here with 12 passengers subway plan. But close 8.30 instead 9pm sechudle

The hours of service are wrong they close a hour early. The schedule on google and the door said till 10:00 pm but is now 9:10 pm on Friday and the door is locked.

Lazy ladies close the place a few minutes after 9 pm, despite their store hours being open until 10 pm. Does Subway pay you, ladies, to have it open until 10 pm or not? Does your supervisor know you leave your job one hour earlier? Shame on you!

If you’re looking for a place that honors their store hours, do not go here. The worker on December 21st at 9:20 pm had the doors locked despite their store hours being open until 10 pm. Update your store hours or get employees that do.

I usually come to this location at 9pm once a week and have never had problems. Tonight I go to get food at 9:05 and the door was locked but I see the girl inside making sandwiches. I tapped on the glass and she comes to open the door only to tell me 9-10pm is pickup only in a very rude manner. This is not indicated online or on the store glass. She would not let me enter to order a sandwich but said I could order online for pickup. I don’t think she wanted to work, horrible attitude and extremely rude…I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

They don’t have many things on the menu. Bad customer service. Rude.

sandwich was so yummy and they gave me a free chocolate chip cookie :))

I place order through mobile app. Order kept ready within 10min. Place is clean, they have around 20 seating area.

This location, and the Somerset Subway location plays the same ED causing, cardiac event inducing, braincell killing far-right wing radio station. I guess they both have the same owner who forces the employees to play it. Other than that, the food and the workers are alright, I guess.

Again, this store does not accept coupons because it's the same owner as the other location in whitehouse. Guess I'm not eating Subway locally anymore because no way am I paying the full price. How disappointing.
