Fried seafood and potatoes. Flavorful and hot. Prices reasonable. Mainly takeout. Nothing fancy, but the fish & chips meals satisfied my grandchildren (all under 8 years old) as well as my 65+ husband.

Good Fish & Chips. Counter staff are a bit unfriendly, bordering on the rude side. Been there a couple of times. A little pricey for what you get at a place like this. It is a fast food type of establishment. Atmosphere is OK for a quick lunch but not a great place to sit and hang with friends. More of a take out place in my opinion.

Tried for the first time tonight. Ordered 10 piece bucket with chipps for 3 adults...we ate until we were full and still had 3 fish left over. Full-size fillets and a generous serving of chipps. Everything was tasty! Will be returning.

If you were a fan of the original 'Chippery' in Westfield (NJ), you will ABSOLUTELY love this place! I say this because it is the same recipes and taste. Still, to this day, I have never had fish 'n' chips where you actually get french fried chips instead of just plain french fries. The fish is very tasty, the batter is light and crunchy, but the best part is dipping a fried french chip into their homemade tarter sauce!

My pregnant wife told me she was in the mood for a fish sandwich today. After a quick search on Google, found this place about 15 minutes away from us. At first sight, the place seems like it's in a dead strip mall, but at least there's ample parking. It's clear that it's a hole-in-the-wall type place, but the food was incredible. I got the Tsunami combo which came with Fried Calamari, Fried Clam Strips, Fried Shrimp, 2 Fried Fish Fillets and some chips and also some fried Oreos. Enormous amount of food that my wife and I shared along with her fish sandwich.

I'd been craving fish and chips for a while and noticed this place from my daily commute down 202. It really hit the spot! The fish was fresh and tasty and fried to perfection. Light and crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. The chips exceeded my expectations. The shape (oval disks) suggest they were cut from fingerling potatoes, which made for a different and delightful eating experience. They had wonderful potato-y flavor and were nice and crunchy, just the way I like them. I often feel heavy and sluggish after eating fried food, but not with The Chippery -- I felt great afterwards. The only things I would want to change are having access to real cutlery instead of plastic. Also I smelled like fried food after leaving there, and it was so strong that the smell stayed in my car for a while after. Better ventilation in the eating area would be good. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back to try some of the other menu items. Until then, I'm going to be dreaming about those chips! ðŸ’ðŸ’ðŸŸ

Good fried fish. Light breading and satisfying portions. I think the chips are under-cooked but they will graciously cook them longer when asked.

ABSOLUTELY DELISHOUS!!! I live in Neshanic Station and out here we don't usually get delivered food. NOBODY else offers that. So not only is the food terrific, they deliver! It's a win-win situation for myself and them. Their coleslaw is so crunchy and made with a little bit of carrot, purple cabbage and tastes like homemade, because it is. Give it a try. Either stop on your ride home from work or call and order. I don't think you will be sorry.
