Trattoria Uno is hands down one of the best pizza spots in Branchburg! The pizza is always fresh, hot, and loaded with flavor—the crust has that perfect balance of crispy and chewy. Their menu has a great variety, so there’s something for everyone, and everything we’ve tried has been delicious.
The staff is welcoming and makes you feel right at home, and the service is consistently quick and friendly. It’s a great spot for families too—my toddler enjoyed it just as much as we did!

Hey it’s Yong Ku. Trattoria uno is a nice place. The food was pretty good and the nice kids and waiter were nice. The thing I didn’t like was that I could hear the Mexican chefs singing songs the whole night. It made night not great. I complain to waitress and nothing happen. Thanks

If I could give them 1 million stars I would. Trattoria Uno is the best! The food is outstanding, affordable and delicious!! The Vodka pie is hands-down, the best in New Jersey. All the food is so good and always comes out piping hot and they are so willing to accommodate any menu changes.We try to come here at least once a week and it’s like walking into your family‘s house. Angelo is the absolute best and the entire staff are sweet and accommodating. You can’t get better food in Jersey for the price and the experience. We love it here so much!! Amazing food, amazing staff, and the homiest feeling.Nothing beats the Tratt!!!
